i don't like when they push the identity reveal too far!
it was okay so far especially when sui told her she is relationship with the marquis ... and she assumed its a mistake once is okay ... if they keep making this trope multiple times it will be hard to pull off without it being very very annoying or weak plot...
So proud of Tian Xiwei. May her future be bright. I wouldn't have continued watching if her acting was not up…
omg same! female general tropes are often messed up!and i don't know the novel so i didn't know that's where her character is heading ๐ but it makes sense, especially with a promo photo showing her in armour!
I follow Tian Xiwei's work attentively! she has proved herself in complex roles already! even if some shows weren't too well rated, i really like how she plays her role to the perfection!
guys isnt changyu aware all of a sudden the blue hair tie is back??
wooowww ! when he put it.. i was like okay yayyy a clue!! esp that it holds so much symbolism and exchanges between them!! and it was also carried by the falcon... and then... with everything happening even i forgot about it ๐ ๐ i just rewatched the end scenes and she doesn't have it anymore ! what a missed opportunity
Falling off a cliff in cdramaland is like falling feet first in a 3ft pool. lol
it has to be a natural cliff not a tower/manmade structure, that's an important distinction. also i thought the cliff had to be over waters but i guess i was wrong XD
so far i'm in awe of this drama but let me rant a bit about ep 18 !! whyyyy didn't she kill that beast when she…
right??!!! i think she didn't kill him bc of two things: 1- she was not willing to kill yet, only after she saw the massacre did we see her 'flip' her attacks for kill 2- she opted for a captive tactic because her people were still hiding
Biggest mistake of ML is leaving FL and her sister unprotected, esp since she played a big role in thwarting attack…
good point! ML knew the sui brother had an eye for FL to provoke him, but he didn't think he would go back to get her... i think he realizes it even more after ML saved changyu from the cliff he realized the danger of staying close
I know the Sui brothers arenโt โgoodโ characters but the actors are both hot so my mind is contradicting…
i can't believe its both brothers that are villains! usually its one of the two but both are madmen and dellirious! only as royalty can they get away with so much, like how there was a lady simply watching from a far the coercion the older brother was doing to qianqian! the level of insanity is really incredible and the actors are dellivering !!!!
i hated how she called him "master" till the very end and even buried his ashes with her aunt. i would…
me too i was so shocked but my interpretation is that they did not hold grudges and they broke the generation to generation cycle... they also concluded that he went astray but deep down he had 'good intentions?' i still think she should not have brought him next to her aunt!
but as you said, 1. it went downhill with 1 ep/day, still some episodes were really enjoyable 2. the plot redundancy and it was just turning round and round at some point it was frustrating!
i really wished they cleared many elements from the beginning, especially the scene where chang is killed and actually asks mq to pretend to be his son and go there. the flow of information made it harder to connect with the storyline!
I finally finished the drama, and honestly the last two episodes were very disappointing. I really donโt understand…
well said! i actually did enjoy ep 36 but it was so bittersweet because at every dialogue/ explanation i would think about how the storyline unfolded in a convoluted way in earlier episodes! so many episodes wasted! the ending also feels like it was in a vacuum.... i understand all the attempts but it just didn't hit the spot for some reason!
what's weirder that the' not sent message' is that anyone would try to check for a reply when flight is over

i also thought nature&nurture!
