Honey what actual points do you want in the drama?Controversies? It's actually cleared but you can choose to believe…
lol I'm not the one who tries to push a narrative here. Snowdrop literally portrayed the leader of the ANSP as a man who would gladly kill innocent students and his own agents alike, for his party to win the election and to further his own political ambitions, and the only reason he hesitates is that he wants to save his daughter first. If you say that is glorification, then I think we have a different definition of the word.

He is 100% fictional. Was there ever an ANSP director called Eun Changsu? Who happened to be the director of the ANSP while North Korean spies held a dormful of girls hostage in Seoul? Cos if not, then this character and this story is not based on reality.
Glorification is not the same as portraying evil people as more than just moustache-twirling villains. I think you are looking for an extremely simplified portrayal of evil, but reality is more complex than that. Why would it excuse a criminal if they still love their child? That doesn't lessen the atrocities they committed.

You won't take the time because you can't. Let's see what you brought up:
Eun Changsu is not a historical figure but a 100% fictional character. By definition, his personality can't be history distortion, since we are not talking about the portrayal of an actual historical figure. About him loving his children - many of the worst people, with the blood of thousands of innocents on their hands, still very much cared for their own family. About him being a good person/caring for the students - if you watched the drama, you would know that this character doesn't give a damn about killing the rest of the students, only wants to save his own daughter.
And as for an agent of the ANSP realizing what they are doing is wrong - it happened with every evil organization in history. Unless you can prove that every ANSP agent ever was a blood-thirsty monster who joined for the pleasure of torturing innocents, this is again not history distortion. Since the ANSP itself, and all but two people working for it, are shown as ruthless, corrupt and ready to frame or kill people as they please.
The drama is controversial in South Korea. It will always be controversial with South Koreans who lived during…
Interesting. So please can you spell out one by one the history distortions that were actually proven? Cosn so far I haven't seen even one, in 12 episodes of the drama.

But this time, the criticism is based on truth and very relevant... not a bunch of lies spread for a political…
Maybe you are right and the majority of people were like that. But I have seen far, far too many who didn't simply decide to not watch (which is perfectly acceptable), but went on to fight or humiliate those who said they would watch first and make their own judgement.
Need a 'Stop Watching: Snowdrop' article with some actual facts and the real conversation. No offense but the…
What actual facts? That nothing that was spread about the drama is true? That it was all lies and distortions (lol, the irony), spread with a clear political goal? That the court injunction a group very theatrically filed was thrown back? (or that they admitted they KNEW they had no legal basis, they just tried to use the justice system to intimidate the channel?)
It's funny how many kdrama fans believed every word from a, let's say, rather one-sided source, and use it as virtue signaling now...
How old is So Hoo actually? I thought he was in his twenties, but Dr Kang's 17y flashback, he is AT LEAST 18.…
Suho is 27, Chungya is 34 (Korean age, so it would be one year less internationally). The flashback was probably a few years ago, just before she got her final mission of seducing Nam Taeil
I know some were disappointed because of how Hanna's actions were centered around him, though since the start…
Yeah her characterization has been consistent from the moment she was introduced. And I don't think it is fair to hold her obsession with her man against the writer, since she is only one of many female characters who have a wide range of motivations.
But this time, the criticism is based on truth and very relevant... not a bunch of lies spread for a political…
I think there were two main reasons why the SD thing blew up internationally: 1) the fanwars between blinks and army 2) the famous thread pushed just the right buttons of by proclaiming jtbc is far right propaganda channel, so a lot of ignorant koreaboos were immediately on their side, believing every lie they were fed... well I don't have firsthand knowledge about the channel's political leaning since I don't watch their news. But I do know their dramas which are pro women's rights, pro people of color, pro LGBTQ+; the opposite of what conservative propaganda looks like in my country...
Well who knows maybe after years someone with a good eye and a good scenario will want this two to be paired again…
Jisoo is a rookie so only time will tell, but Haein has already proven that no matter who he is acting with, the chemistry will be always excellent. :)
JHI is working on other projects. But What I am gonna miss about him is his character Soo Ho.
It is probably better that he won't work on a romance next, so there is time for immature shippers to move on. I would not want his next leading lady get attacked just because some delusionals see her as a threat...
To appreciate the gesture they take a photo. It could be gifted by either their fans or the drama supporters.…
The truck is not bought, only hired for a few hours (including personnel). The sender usually can choose between different menus for drinks/food to be served, and also how many of them (normal is, at least for fan-sent trucks, to order 2 cups for each staff member on the day). It is paid by the sender, so drama cast and crew gets everything for free.
She could be praying for her brother. But, we're getting closer to the end so there does need to be more action.
it is new, from an upcoming episode - you can see the bandage on his arm, that's the injury he got protecting Youngro after she talked with her father. But then and since, there was no blood on his face... so either Suho gets hurt again, or somebody else's blood splashes on him
No please, one of the best things about kdramas is the single season format :)
I'm not ready to say goodbye to Suho... but I still prefer a drama that leaves me wishing for more, to one that overstays its welcome. Too many western series start out well and then lose quality over multiple seasons
