People praising Trapped so much, surprises me a lot. A bunch of cops who behaved like children, some cheesy cliche BL scenes and then Jake Hsu's acting who was over the top most of the time? Chris Wu was great and stunning, though. And the plot with the father was good. But the whole series wasn't balanced out. I rewatched it several times, and still got the impression it didn't flow right. This was a very mediocre production, all over the place, with some great scenes, some great acting, but no consistency. I think people love it so much, because it was different (like even someone commented here). With some minor changes like reducing those silly and unnecessary scenes in the first half and making the cops more believable, it could have been much better. The end was also a disaster. I later heard two different writer were working on it, and it felt exactly like that. No offense, but Trapped is sure not a good example of a great series with great writing and great production. After watching Trapped and MODC (which was also not balanced out at all) I felt like I should skip Taiwan BL in the future. WBL is a rather generic story, but the actors are charismatic, the characters well written and the most important thing: it's not so messy. But it's nothing new or groundbreaking. That's for sure.

The power of BL! Bringt uns weltweit zusammen. Haha! BL Serien wie diese in Asien gibt's in Europa ja gar nicht. Deutsche Gay Movies meide ich wie die Pest. Ist nicht mein Ding :P

It's not suffering. We in German have the saying "Vorfreude ist die schönste Freude" which means the joy it gives you when you anticipate something is the best joy (sorry, bad translation). But sometimes all the joy you get while waiting and thinking about the series is an important part of the experience.

And then people wait until the series ends to binge-watch it. That takes out all the fun! I'm here for all the waiting, the anticipation, the happiness when something new airs! Bring it on! Haha!

I searched for some of my comments and theories about s2. You know, I write a lot and forgt it easily, haha! But it really seems I was right about most things! I feel like genius now :P

The plot is really generic. But that's okay. Those two will make it work. A simple plot allows them to focus more on the intense emotions. I honestly didn't expect the trailer to be soooo good. I'm on fire now! And the chemistry! <3 <3 <3 <3

"They look like they were been tortured to act BL." For sure, I as a viewer was tortured. Watching LBC2 was a traumatizing experience.

I did watch it. And I still have to look for my jaw that dropped to the floor. Much better than expected. I'm so excited. This will be my no. 1 BL for sure. The intense emotions and the intimacy between those two is killing me!

Much, much better than expected. The characters have matured a lot. The plot is generic, but I'm sure they make it work. I'm soooooo excited. And the skinship! I can feel the sparks!

I only noticed the camerawork, because I was rewatching some scenes sooooo many times LOL. The acting is on another level. It's the main reason why I like the series so much. The chemistry and the very intense, emotional and not-cringy acting makes this a great watch.

I think on WeTV. But maybe you need VIP pass. It only costs around 6$ per month and you can cancel it afterwards.
