"Such transition is not that common in BL" Wasn't it the same in Sotus 2 or in TharnType (don't sure about the latter since I don't watch TharnType). But a time skip isn't that rare.

Color Rush ... I had such high hopes. I don't know if I will finish it at this point. It became very strange very fast. The acting is stiff, the characters not relatable ... sigh. I was praising it at the beginning, but since episode 4 I'm not feeling it anymore.

I love the rawness of Taiwan BL, but Trapped and MODC got horribly wrong. I always said Trapped wasn't balanced out as if two different people wrote it, and apparently that was the case. I'm loving WBL so far. It has potential to became my favorite BL of all time, but I have no hope left. I got too disappointed too often.

New actors have some issues to be consistent in their role. This may be the case for Shu Yi too. But I appreciate his very lively approach. He reminds me of Win who acted as Tine in 2gether. Win won everyone over with his performance, but later on his acting really was lacking. So I wonder how good YU will do until the end. At the moment he is carrying the series for me. If not for that funny, natural and rather complex character I wouldn't be into this series that much. It's mostly him who makes it so interesting.

Those kind of characters and how their emotions are portrayed is not "mainstream". It seem they will have some steamy scenes in s2. If those scenes are good, then everyone will come running and say how great the series is.

The sequel to "No. 1 For You" takes place five years after Zhou Shu Yi and Gao Shi De graduated college. Their story will unfold as they juggle work responsibilities and personal life at the same time.

WAHAAAAAA! It's not over with 6 episodes! I thought they would focus on another couple. I'm so happy. 2021 is saved now :D

I wish there would be more series like this. Just a good story with good characters and good actors that really make the butterflies in your stomach fly around like crazy. Something with real feeling. I'm tired of those superficial, soap-operish series that lack any depth and are just done to please a young crowd that mostly wants to see cute boys doing cute things. Not to mention that I get a lot of homophobic vibes from some BLs lately. It's not fun. The Taiwan boys are always going for it, no hesitation, no homophobia.

Well, that kiss scene was very well done. Not that I'm an expert, but kissing in the water seems rather hard. I have seen many surprise kisses going horribly wrong, but this was a good surprise kiss AND a good water kiss! They nailed it.

I was surprised too. Very talented.

Perfect description. I have a crush on that character. Very lovable.

This is nice. Good plot, good dialogue, good acting. But one thing is for sure: YU who plays Shu Yi is carrying the whole series. While everyone else is also doing a good job, I feel like it's mostly his charisma that makes this series so enjoyable. He is funny, cute, very expressive, very natural. I could watch that guy reading the phone book for an hour. Shi De comes across rather bland, but when he is with Shu Yi he starts to shine. Their personalities complement each other. They both work together very well. This is really some exceptional chemistry or maybe just exceptional acting. Very, very refreshing.

The friend of Shi De (Zhe Yu) and the second friend of Shu Yi (not the one with the girl, the other one) seem to be the second couple in this series. Hopefully I got those faces and names right. And like Sayd said, there is another couple in the sequel.

Well, as long as your convictions and faith isn't hurting someone ... Fortunately I'm not gay. Otherwise I would feel really shitty because of your words.

I think they will focus on a different couple in the other series ...

Thank you for the clarification, but I wonder why your post sounds so defensive. It's not an insult thinking someone is gay.

I have seen many people say, that it's too short. I get that. But the strange thing is that for someone like me who didn't read the novel, it rather feels like there is no story at all. As if the writer had a good concept and no idea how to develop it. The focus is on showing Yeon Woo the colors, and they take their time with it. While the visuals are nice, I would prefer more character development and plot. It seems there is some drama to come, I wonder how that will play out. It's still an interesting series, I don't hate it.

Didn't know that. But Trapped was sooo strange. MODC too. Now it makes sense. Both series weren't balanced out ...
