Lol definitely he stood on something. I didnt catch it the first time I saw that scene. Lol That is funny. He…
And they did it several times and edited it badly like the kiss in s1 on the couch. They showed it from different angles. One time Can's nose was on the left, then on the right, then it bumped into Tin's ;D I guess him stepping on something while doing this kiss was making it more difficult. Those surprise kisses always look messy. I guess it's not that easy ...
Could you do better? And I'm not saying that to be sarcastic. I'm honestly amazed how they can pull off those scenes. I would say "No, thank you!" to that script. It's very embarrassing. Especially for Plan. We should give him more credit for playing the stupid, ugly monkey. I have seen many BLs where the actors are just standing there, with zero body language, reciting their lines like in a school play, while looking beautiful (as if that would be their real job).
I think everyone wished for better (more passionate) scenes. Second seasons are always a downgrade.
If they had shown us some passionate kissing, everyone would be over the moon. It was the only thing that was lacking. Everything else was cute and nice. Ep 8 was much better than I expected, to be honest.
I rewatched the last scene and I'm still trying to figure out how Plan managed to be that tall. Did he bring his high heels with him he often wears when they promote the 2Wish couple LMAO. Tiptoeing doesn't do the trick. He was standing on something for sure! It's hilarious.
Actually, for Can It's natural he never had a girlfriend before but for Tin is weird He was A Pro at season 1…
Plan was scouted. I guess that's how it works in Thailand: They see a pretty face and ask them to go to a workshop or whatever. He talked about that in an interview. I don't think that he was prepared for all of this. I don't think he even knows what he wants to do in the future. The kisses could be better, but otherwise he does a good job. No idea why people are so critical. Acting as Can is much harder than acting as Tin. Mean only has to look fierce, handsome and sexy. He has it easier with his looks and everything.

Well, the kisses are one thing, but honestly their chemistry improved a lot. They seem very close. And when you see them in real life ... wow! I never looked them up before. I had no idea how well they get along. I agree about Plan, though. He just HATES it. In a recent interview he said he won't do any BL in the future. He doesn't understand why he has to kiss many other guys LMAO. I think he still doesn't understand why he has to kiss this ONE guy.
I think it's the decision of the director. I saw a video where Mean mentioned it. He said that they (P'New and another guy) don't want much kissing scenes and sweet scenes.
Maybe I'm not as critical as I used to be, but this series is not worse or better than most of the BL series out there. It is cute, romantic, cheesy, embarrassing, awkward, exciting. Don't take it too seriously. I thought I would need a day to finish Ep 8, because I had to pause every two seconds. I watched it through my fingers, but it was fun. Sooo much fun. I'm giggling here and feeling happy. The second hand embarrassment makes me giggle even more.
Possibly too many fans feel the same way about him. So in order to boost his image as a lead in a series the company/manager…
"They are more hyped about Can/Tin being in bed." That people are only interested in sex is a common thing when it comes to entertainment. Sex and violence sells. LBC2 could be the best series ever made and still everyone would mostly watch it for the intimate scenes. It's the reason those novels get popular in the first place: because they are smutty trash (I'm still not over that badly written sex scene in The Untamed, I'm traumatized for life). The novel portrays Can as a "sex obsessed bottom who desperately wants to please his top" (someone in this comment section said that, I prefer not reading it, no need to get traumatized even further). Talking about Plan: He is doing something right, otherwise that ship wouldn't be so popular.

"And its his big chance a lead." I wonder how much chances Plan really has with his appearance. They can cast Mean in almost every production. I see people saying everywhere how "hot" he is. Plan looks like a teenager. I cannot imagine him as the male lead in a mainstream hetero series. He is too small, shoulders not broad enough, face too girly. He has the best chances in BL series, but he doesn't want to do BL anymore.
What happened to Plan lately? I know him rather moody, reserved, not happy to do fan service, but loving and sweet towards Mean, even though it's hardly noticeable. In some recent clips of interviews/fan meets he looks completely smitten by Mean (!!), super motivated and happy. A ball of sunshine, really. He never struck me as the happy type.
Watching the preview for next episodes it seems Can thinks he is not good enough for Tin (not good looking enough, not a girl, whatever). I must say I don't dislike this conflict. It's reasonable and now I finally understand why they tried so hard to make Can look ugly LOL (which honestly is an achievement by itself, Plan has a super pretty face). Jokes aside, I would be more concerned about my family not being rich enough, not having a good "background", but it's different in every culture, I guess. The whole "Am I good enough for him" is nice, though. It's better as those cheesy jealousy games that are played in so many other BL stories. We had jealousy in the last episode too, but it wasn't that dramatic. Reminds me of 2gether where I would have preferred a similar conflict. Tine wondering if he is good enough for Sarawat, if they have enough in common or if someone else is a better match for him. Instead we got random girls who suddenly where important and lots of stupid jealousy everywhere and countless head pats. I don't know where the Tin&Can story is going, but well, I don't hate it. How can you hate those two? LOL It seems impossible.
I wonder if they will be able to pull off the love scene in the next episode. My honest guess: No. But I don't even care. I will have my popcorn ready and giggle like a little girl.
Okay ... I finally finished it. The story was a bit messy, the marathon-theme wasn't doing it for me, those bleeding nipples traumatized me for life, and this horrible loan shark cliché you find in so many Korean dramas should finally die out - but the rest was very, very nice. There were a lot of scenes between those two men that felt fresh and original like I haven't seen them before in other BLs. The kisses and the skinship were also great. Their interactions felt very natural (!!) and funny. Good acting from both leads. Lately I'm bothered by actors who feel uncomfortable doing kissing scenes or acting "gay" in general. So I'm always glad if that's not the case. I'm paying extra attention. No awkwardness in this series.
