No only that He act white He act BlackHe act White pretending to be Blackand Black pretending to be White... (…
White acting skills also sucked. He was NOTHING like Black.
But Black ... woah. He is the kind of guy who bites your throat open when you think he is defeated. He is like a wild animal. This really proves that body size doesn't matter.
I have read some comments here. People praising Gun's acting. I was impressed too. Didn't know he had it in him. Scary. Nobody can say now Gun is not convincing as a thug. Then people praising Off's acting on the riverbank. Yeah, that was great. But the thing that impressed me the most, and I guess it's just me, but that last scene when Sean was hiding behind that couch. There was something very herat-breaking about it. I felt strongly he was ready to die.
Ok, I am starting to become anxious. Not Me is amazing but the cost of it - action scenes, motorcycles, special…
Well, but that's how those things work. That's exactly the reason why such series aren't produced more often. Because they aren't popular. They aren't "mainstream". It's great when once in a while some people come together and have the courage to produce something like this, but yeah ...
Though I have to admit I thought they would make it at least to 2M per part of episode. After the series finishes hopefully some more people will watch it. So the views will increase.
This is the most interesting BL series I have ever watched. It's amateurish at times, but this is the kind of stuff I would binge-watch in a day. The plot is really engaging.
SeanWhite intimate scenes were the most sensational, comfortable and awkward-free i've ever seen in a (BL) series…
I never followed the couple before, but apparantly some people thought they wouldn't be able to deliver such scenes? I sense no akwardness, especially from Off, who I have heard doesn't like skinship? I'm confused. And everyone saying he improved so much? The guy's performance is flawless.
Not a big fan of the love scene, but I enjoy how those scenes were so "gay". If you really want to watch gay love, then watch something like this. Bad Buddy wasn't gay at all. I remember someone saying after the rooftop kiss "OffGun could never". Well, don't know about that anymore! I also like the rawness. They don't wear much make-up, you can see their pores, and Off's beard! They are not looking like models. Still Gun's character White is rather boring. I'm glad Black appaeard.
Sk just started bl series not too long. But still most of the bl dramas of sk specially this landed in top 10…
This is not a series, it's a movie. They cut the movie in several parts. I guess they do it to get more views per part. As a movie this was perfectly fine.
Good premise, boring execution, and boring characters. The main leads especially. No chemistry either. The killer is too stiff and lifeless. I guess he was supposed to act like that (I don't know the actor), but some charms are needed even if you play such a character. But zero charms here. Zero. I dropped it halfway. There was nothing I was looking forward to. No idea why this is rated so high.
I have to agree with others: This felt rushed. Sean/White had a lot of bonding scenes before, and you could feel the tension, and how they got closer. Still that kiss came out of the blue. The building up wasn't bad. It's really just a feeling that this was too early.
Honestly, is being tall needed to become an actor in Asian countries? I always thought Asians are rather small, and the ones I met in my life (men) were also rather small - smaller than me! But in dramas they are all around 180 cm or above (around 6 ft). Before watchting Asian dramas I had no idea that they have men THAT tall!
If that's the direction Korean BL will take in the future - I'm out. Like someone else said: they started well in 2020, but since then nothing interesting aired.
K so some people are going to hate me for this...I just watched episode 7 ( cause mf exams won't leave me alone)…
"I'm going to take the person that I didn't trust last episode to my literal home." Not a Yok/Dan fan, but Yok got the ID. He knows who Unar is. And didn't tell anyone. He could have destroyed his life. Unar is a cop after all. He didn't. He could have threaten and used him somehow. He didn't. Just saying regarding the "trust".
