Same! I can always tell when I binged watched the last few episodes of a show because there are no notes on them until days, sometimes weeks later...sometimes never... I've gone through I think 5 journals in the last 2 years. A5 hardback leuchtturm 1917 dotted journals. I use a zinc printer(hp sprocket) to print out posters of the shows or movies. I do a 4 photo collage so it only takes up a 5x8 square space. It's a very colorful journal because not only do I write with different colored ink depending on the show, I have the title, "about"(literally a smaller banner that says about), and "Episodes"/"Movie" banners drawn with various different pens and markers. Have my 14 categories that I give a 1-5 stars to and the "tag" section next to it. The colors are generally themed to the shows color pallet or poster. I have a shorthand when marking episodes and a key/legend at the front of the journal defining the short hand. And any time a named character dies and I take notes on it it's in a dark red pen so if I ever feel like rewatching something I can immediately tell if I'm actually in the right head space to watch it again. Cause some dramas 10 out of 10, but on rewatch you're going to want to skip a few of the episodes this time.

I also keep a written journal of all the shows and movies I watch, a part of that is when I started watching. So the app 100% comes in handy when I havent plotted out the show page yet for my journal.

Click on the blue "Plan to watch" or "Completed" whatever it says at the time of you changing the date. there are 3 sections under the photo of the drama, "General", "Advanced", & "History". Click "Advanced". You have the option to select priority, total times watched, rewatch value, and the day you started & day you finished the drama. Unlike with book app/browsers there isnt a way to add the multiple dates you've rewatched. but you can at that in the notes section that no one but you can read. (looks like a post-it note on the app version)

I mainly use the app for quick updates or checking the calendar. If I'm at home I normally use my laptop instead. I didnt realize that a lot of people have only ever used the app. So they arent seeing the topic discussions, photos, rating stats, episode reviews/ratings etc.

Got out my laptop to look at your profile better. It looks like you're newer to using your lists, or you just don't watch a lot of shows either way I can help.
Okay, so once you've built up your "Plan to Watch" list(tips at the bottom) the calendar becomes easier to use. The calendar has an "All" or a "My List" view. So once you have more on your "Currently Watching" and "Plan to Watch" lists the "My List" will show what days, time(in your personal time-zone), and which episodes are airing of each show you have on your personal list.
There is also a youtuber I'll recommend to you for Cdramas. MarcusHere is unbiased, and gives updates on what is filming, what has passed censorship and other post production red tape, what is about to air, what has started airing, and how they're doing on Chinese social media etc. https://www.youtube.com/@Marcushere/videos Seriously recommend him as he is clear, has subtitles, and does not judge the productions or actors in them. He posts 3x a week normally but it's lunar new year soon so he's currently on a mini break, still releasing content, but is only once or twice a week.
Highly recommend going into actors, directors, and writers that you've enjoyed in the past pages and looking into what projects they are currently working on that have yet to air and adding them to your "Plan to Watch" list. For Kdramas, I generally just look at the articles on this site or soompi, but a lot of the time I hear about it through instagram reels from people who are more plugged in. I usually just check on my favorite actors/actresses pages and see what they are working on.

I don’t know about all of this body switching. I’m on episode 4 and it’s a great story already, not sure…
so far their performances as each other are more well done in this than in Moon River. I feel like they got the character's overall vibe better in this. They arent acting too girlish or manish, they arent over doing anything & they didnt have same old same old "maybe if we kiss we can switch back" scenario. We are about to go into their second switch at the beginning of ep 11, so I'm interested to see how well they adapt this time, now that they know more about each other.
Who needs enemies when you've got a friend like Hwang Mi Ran? Seriously, girl comes in late to the friendship and doesn't even talk to Jung Hui Won before making a move on Cha Min Uk. Honestly, none of this would have happened had she not kissed him that night. I'm looking forward to Cha Min Uk finding out his best friend, that he's secretly liked for years, is pregnant because she saw him kissing her other best friend and was so upset she went drinking alone and hooked up with a stranger who turned out to be both of their boss. Hui Won would have never been at the party, the bus stop, or the bar had it not been directly because of Mi Ran's actions/choices. Then she has the whole grain audacity to judge Cha Min Uk for having a crush on Hui Won?! Bitch they were a duo before you came along. Let's not throw stones in glass houses my girlie pop.
I have so many questions, for the production, for others watching...for myself. Mainly, why the hell do I keep watching when it is objectivity not a good production? It's like Crack...nonsensical crack.
I swear if they touch a hair on Hae Rim's head....sweet innocent angel....not one dude in the bunch is good enough for her. Eun Jo & her friendship better last....also she needs to be clued in before it's too late. im in ep7 btw. so anything that happens after that I am unaware atm.
