some with the name Rie111 gave it a 1 rating saying they had completed it. Even other ratings who were at the lower end between 5 and 7.5 at least had some reasoning behind it. But that one, well i am lost for words. i have also tried to report this one and another on 3 but to no avail. is there not a moderator on this site.

still not back to a rating of 9 or above. i just don''t understand. how do they do their stats for ratings, i am struggling to move on.

i have been through the reviews there is one that after watching part of episode 1 dropped the drama and then wrote a review giving it a 3. i don''t know where or how to report it. surely it should be taken down. perhaps someone more knowledgeable with this website knows where to report it. That might help get it back to 9.

i have just found one who rated it 3 after watching part of the first episode then wrote a review, surely something like that should be taken down. are there no moderators on this site.

this is still a terrific series. am back yet again to re-watch. i still prefer this series to series 2 though that one was also well thought out and well worth watching.

some idiots gave it 5.5 and the like in the full reviews and the said things like it isn't my sort of drama but i thought i would try it. This is what has lowered the rating. the vast majority have given 10's or 9.5. i have no idea how they do the numbers but for me even on rewatch its still at least 9.5

Why has the rating dropped from 9 to 8.9 and another thing, this drama was originally 39 or 40 episodes but they were instructed to reduce it to 36 before airing. Now i see dramas produced after this one with 40 episodes. does someone have something against the Production crew and actors. What is going on.

Is there any hope that we will get to watch the episodes that were cut. they were instructed to reduce the series to 36 episodes. So there are a potential 2 or 3 episodes that we haven't seen. Maybe a directors cut. i live in hope.

i didn't even get past the first episode. i feel no desire to revisit.

i also rarely get past the first episode, but thought i would try this drama. I watched the first episode and thought i would carry on, before i knew it i had watched all 9 that had been aired. i agree with others that the end was a little rushed, but then found out that they had been instructed to cut some episodes before airing. However the rest had been so well written and put together it is forgivable.
The other thing i enjoyed was the community here. It was interesting reading others reactions and criticisms and the little debates. all in all a good experience for me.

Just here to rewatch, it really is a terrific drama, lovely to note that i am seeing more details in each episode, things missed on watching. Bi Zhi character could have been developed more, instead of just being more brawn than brains, but i guess choices have to be made. but it still feels fresh even though i am rewatching. if you are in doubt, it really is worth watching.

if thats ugly give me more. there is a aura about him, a feeling, a presents, but my goodness its nice to have someone who is manly who can carry the character so well.

i think i prefer the drama version rather than the book.

How could i have forgotten just how good this drama is. it has been a real pleasure rewatching this drama again. great story, brilliantly acted. you are swept along with the story. sobbed my heart out. but then we get the HE. just perfect.
