No its subbed properly till the last episode.Where are you watching it?
Thank you. I will - if I have to. When I go there, on my laptop I get redirected up to twenty times and that does not include the times I pause or try to rewind. It was never that bad with myasiantv.

I agree with you on all counts - this is a drama after all. But too many people apply modern reasoning to their comments without any thought to historical reality, which is why I commented as I did. My intent was not to offend. But, all in all, if she is stupid, we must blame the director for making her that way.
If I were her son, I'd be questioning her judgement. Like, you didn't want to stay with the man who saved you…
Getting permission from the emperor to divorce her husband is one thing - openly living with a man who is neither family member nor husband is something else. Although this drama has modern themes, you are forgetting that this is a historical drama. If you knew how cruelly a women could really be treated if it was thought that she was a loose woman, I wonder if you would make the same comment. There were several horrific medical practices (depending on the time period) that could have been used to ruin her sexual parts by order of either her family or the local magistrate that I could recount to you.
Remind me (I lose track of the names) who is Ye Mo? I know that his name is Richard Li, but can't place him in the drama. (probably because I am watching nine costume dramas concurrently).

Bilibili. But on Bilibil and Dailymotion the subs from both were automated. I have not checked since, though, as there are too many costumes dramas to watch. Thank you, anyway.
She speaks with her usual voice. If you're not a fan of her voice or personality then best not to watch since…
Yes, it was 'My Journey to You'. There she spoke with a normal voice even if it was not her usual tone of voice. And I admit that I have never heard her speak in real life. As I said, it could have been by direction - by that I mean that the directors, etc wanted her to speak that way for whatever reason (I can think of a few.) So, again this is nothing to do with her personality - or anyone else's. Even child actors learn to do it, so there must be a reason why they do so. Regardless, I can't stand anyone speaking in that way. I have severe hyperacusis and that particular tone makes it worse. Btw. Makes me seem like one of 'what' people? Edit. Oh. Somebody who doesn't like HER, you mean? If so, no, that has nothing to do with it. I don't dislike her at all.
Anybody? I have watched up to ep 15 with good, manual subs, but eps 16 and 17 seem to be machine translated. Is someone currently manually translating previously automated subs or did they just stop at 15?

'Usual voice'? That's ambiguous. I have heard her speak 'normally' in a drama but I know that, whether by choice or direction, she speaks in an awful, 'cute' (although there is nothing cute about it) voice in most of her roles. You could have just said, 'yes' or 'no' without the added - and ill-considered - value judgement. This has nothing to do with her personality - or my feelings (if any) about her.

Thanks very much. The answers to some of what I asked became more apparent by the time I watched ep. 6. Anyway, its good to know. I did consider whether his 'duality' was caused or furthered by the fact that he contains the master's heart / soul / essence. I am not sure that a puppet would have its own 'soul / heart / core / whatever. (I don't know the correct genre terminology.)

Thanks. After just watching ep 4 when we see him (supposedly)* kill his master, I did wonder if that's what it was. *(I think that there is more to it.)
1. Is he an immortal / demon? 2. Does he remember it? 3. Why is his 'friend' trying to kill him? 4. The friend said that he wanted to kill him because he, the ML, was a monster. Is that the only reason, or is there more to it?
I am confused about the overall synopsis of this drama. I read something which now I cannot find...
Supposedly, he has two souls (or something) within him and people / somebody want(s) to extract one of these from him. Now, is this referring to this drama, or have I confused it with another one?
