Two things to say.Why is it always the class clown, the "not ideal type" guy always the first to get killed…
I really hope Na-ri/Si won died (like in the spirit realm). She'd be so freaking annoying like Michael Myers who doesn't freaking die & keeps coming back every damn Halloween
Just finished. I wss expecting a "punchier" plot twist but the curse's origin story didn't wow me... it was predictable and quite boring?
Rating this drama an 8. Overall, I did enjoyed the pacing of the drama and phenomenal acting from all of the new and seasoned casts. I like how they added a hint of comedy to ease up the horror - it was the right amount of comedy that didn't feel forced.
IMO, adding an epilogue would've helped tie up any loopholes and confusion.
I know the girls in the original group are the stars but Si-won's mom's acting creeps me out AND makes me want to hug her at the same time π«£
Seems like it. It would explain why the mother was desperate towards the end with the amulet. Besides itβs not…
This also explains why Si-won's mom said she wasn't able to protect her husband. Her husband/Si-won's dad believed she was a quacko, and probably tried to destroy the "sacred" ground/room too.
Lowkey glad Si-won didn't get the amulet because she does not deserve any protection. π
Binged this entire show in one night and it was worth it! All of the casts has great chemistry with each other especially the Crown Prince and his agent. I'm hoping for a 2nd season but who knows with Netflix.
I'm only 3 eps in, and so far... it's not intolerable but it's also not great. IMO, Jisoo does well when it comes to "exaggerated" expressions (i.e: crying in Snowdrop, shocked and humorous in Newtopia).
BUT HERE, where subtle expression is needed for romcom.... it's lacking and it's apparent.
I'll continue watching this drama because I really like SIG and the cameos.
1st round was interesting, but the 2nd round? Got me shook! Idk if the producers purposely scripted the tensions between the 2 shamans just for ratings... but it's unnecessary. π
I was agreeing with OP that the ML's character in S1 was better, and his character development was warmer and more observant as Xiao Ning.
