I can't imagine another actor playing Sheriff Su. YZG was born to play this role! Love, love, love the chemistry and acting from all casts. But I especially love the General and Sheriff chemistry. Awesome drama!
Some of you guys are taking ep 1 WAY TOO SERIOUSLY. Drink some H20 and chillax. Firstly, my Lovely Runner inner fangirl was jumping with joy when I saw mama. Secondly, this drama is a fantasy, comedy drama- obviously, it's not going to be releastic. Thirdly, ep 1 was solid imo. All of the casts are fantastic 👏 Lee Jung Eun is hilarious and her acting never fails.

I think that's fine. There will always be multiple groups with divided opinions. There's no need to go defend or argue with someone because they have a different opinion than you. I'm not bashing the leads; I just merely like the mystery plot > romance for this show. I like the leads' background stories (his past vs. hers), whereas the romance/chemistry part (them flirting, he misses her, etc.) doesn't grab my attention as much as the plot and other characters stories.

You read too far and misinterpreted my comment. I said In Na's STORY as in her relationship with her dad, her upbringing, her past, how she navigates in school/friends, how she deals with self-esteem, etc. I like her character dynamic overall. I also enjoy watching the family and how they conquer x, y, and z issues. While the leads romance is the main focus of the show, I find the other characters story much more interesting. So no to your comment. I can still watch this show for the plot, not the romance.
