ngl this was more enjoyable than season 1 in my opinion.. the ending is the only thing that makes me upset
The majority of people who are complaining is because they expected a repeat of S1 (thrilling and bloody games, etc.). S2 heavily focuses on planning and trying to take down the host. A lot of talking and plotting in S2
Many many people enjoyed/are enjoying it, when something huge like this is comes out a vocal minority will always…
Totally! One thing I would have loved to see differently in S2 is letting T.O.P character died in a game, instead of being forked in the bathroom scene. After all, he was very much pro "O" since the beginning. Seeing him die in a game would've been his "karma" π
Maybe I'm the only one, but I enjoyed watching S2. S1 focused on games, betrayal, and building the plot and introduction of what Squid Games is all about. With the appearance of so many great actors and actresses in this season, I wish the writers could develop the characters more. There's a lack of connection between all the characters in S2. Hyun Ju, the mom and son duo are the only ones I am rooting for. However, it's clear that the writers wanted to focus on getting revenge and taking down the host. This is the main reason why we don't feel as connected to the characters unlike S1. I'm excited to see how part 2 plays out. I just hope more characters will survive by the end of S2, and not [all] be killed off. I would love to see Gi Hun leave with more allies.
So tired of Netflix breaking new shows into two parts. By the time part 2 comes out in 2025, most of us wouldn't be interested anymore or have forgotten some parts of part 1. Anywho, I watched for TOP, I stayed for GSH. He's the hidden gem of this whole show β¨οΈ
I didn't like that they suddenly all found the light shop. If it was that easy, why didn't they find it sooner?…
Hyewon died in the car accident. She never found her light because she did not have one. The scene where Hyewon attempted to touch/take a light bulb was for her girlfriend. Hyewon was pretty much stuck in the afterlife since the beginning. Whereas her girlfriend dropped her light to stay with her.
guys... it's really not that difficult to hit the spoiler toggle. anywho, this drama is a hidden gem. refreshing plot and great acting from all of the casts!
