This is very touching. As you know, ZheXu and MiJin has increased their followers in China and abroad exponentially since this series was broadcast. They put their heart and soul in this performance. They really fell in love for us in set, to say it some way. Now they are reaping what they sow. This is ZheXu at the inauguration of this new drama. Lots of fan traveled to see him. He was so moved that started crying. He could not believe it, he is so grateful to everybody. He actually thanks their CP fans, Lagogos!!! - So brave https://x.com/jambool_D/status/1972487396324516119 https://x.com/sa_hk_/status/1972511950870614149
New song from Eliot Huang & Kipuka Qiu. OMG, the lyric is soooo good and they both sang so well. The Truth…
Thank you. I actually like this song. It is very appropriate for the things they are facing at the moment. "Don't mind the rumours and gossips, please keep believing in this love". Do we know who wrote this song?
We need to keep sharing the "good news" among friends and in our social media and keep voting every episode with 10, so we can keep the current rating and we may be able to increase it a bit.
While Zi Ang never overtly said the three words 'I love you' , he still said I love you in so many ways. In Japanese…
Many thanks, you words are always inspiring and you explain the series so well. Thank you for remind me, yes DZA speak with actions but that he also said he loves SH when he screamed at him "you hates who loves you", and of course the marriage!
Re-watching Episode 6 - The most beautiful of all the episodes (for me) This is an episode that I will watch a thousand times and never be tired of. It does define the tone of this love story - a passion that burn them to the core and a devastating future. Dance in front of the Emperor - This is DZA claiming territory and dancing with so much anger and jealousy. The sword cutting in the black veil is beautiful and tell the story. Mutual scolding - SH confronts DZA about risking his life for him, yet SH is the one who has risking his life all along for him. SH wanted to push him away to protect him. DZA presents his dagger, for me a symbol of his piercing love and longing from him. The dagger represent him, so when it is returned in later episodes DZA goes completely mad. The torture, fake poison and kingdoms- This is a terrible revenge and punishment for such a delicate soul like SH, but this is who his brother was. He is a parricide after all. Everybody around SH wants SH as the Emperor, Jibei the North, want him in the throne to defeat it, the Primer Minister to manipulate him and DZA as a way to save him. He tries to sells this to the head of the Elite Assassins and he is punished with "death" for refusing to kill SH, but they did not want that it was just to test DZA. The poison was fake , he should be grateful, this cements the duty he owns to Jibei.
Consummate love - the most beautiful and moving scene of any Chinese drama I have ever watched. The dialogue is exquisite. SH trying to push DZA away, but DZA did not buy it, he acknowledges they lied to each other, so what? DZA finally kisses SH. By now, we know SH does not want a platonic relationship with DZA and was longing for this realisation, but he rejected him to keep with the act. Finally, he crumbled and confess his suffering making DZA crumbled too. In this place full of love, compassion and vulnerability they kissed through their tears, deep kissing and the result is such a moving scene. They surrender their bodies and souls to the passion they so wanted to consummate. Kudos to SheXu and MiJin for the bravery to deliver such a scene. It must have been challenging for two novice actors who never kissed in front of a camera in their careers to do a French kissing scene. It is noticeable their full commitment, communication, trust and a chemistry that it has been a revelation inside and outside the screen.
The KTL fandom is so wholesome and full of good vibes 🌸. There’s no in-fandom fighting or major scandals.…
Thank you for your positive opinion. I am only going to point it out that ABO is also a low-budget BL but without the professional input. This is why it is generating so much antagonistic feelings. This BL is done by professionals from the best performing schools of China. From the director, to the screen writers and of course the actors. It is underrated, for sure and their budget hardly reach to produce 12 episodes, but the quality is better than many top tier mainstream Chinese dramas. I hope more people have the chance to appreciate this beautiful BL.
I love you by Shu He - @Yerisina and other friends that are still active in this forum, I would like to know your opinion about Shu He "I love you". He said it twice in the series. I don't recall DZA saying the phrase in the whole series. We know DZA loved SH with all his power and soul but did he actually say it? Do you have an opinion about it? For me it is that, SH loves DZA and did want to remind him that whatever decision he would take that would remain unchanged. It is also interesting that ZheXu chose this phrase as the most moving in the whole series in a live. As why in the script they decide DZA not to say it overtly, I don't have an answer.
can someone tell me how were the nc scenes in the series and is it worth watching because I’ve not watched it…
No NC, but very sensual scenes including French kissing. The characters love each other in a very intense and devastating way. For me the best BL i have ever watched. The CP chemistry is amazing, their acting is perfect, the script is pure poetry, but im not sure is what you are looking for. Think of a very dramatic The Untamed without the humour but with kissing and Romeo and Juliet ending.
I really enjoying SSY true happiness. Being in love suit him so well. Before when HY was pretending, he was moved by HY but he never felt happy and relax. Now that he has accepted HY as he is and enjoying intimacy with him, his gaze is blissful. I very much like he is still an assertive S-Alpha so he is loving him from this stature, looking at him like an equal, nothing more, nothing less. Kipuka does well being in love, his personality is quite sweet so he is doing this angle of his character very soundly. It is quite appealing the way he is tenderly looking at Elliot. In all honesty, everything else in the episode felt redundant. Exciting for the last part that finally justice will be made in relation to the brother (Elliot looks great in these scenes) I get the SWL/GT fans were not very happy, the scenes with them felt like a filler not a main story. I am assuming that next episode they will have more screen time or at least GT will as he will be reunited with his family. I like to see him with his sister. It is a nice duo.
