Great article! Just enough info to whet one's appetite but not so much as to spoil anything.
I loved season one and I'm also really into season two. The characters are really cute and the story hits just the right buttons for me - in both seasons. You just have to be able to separate the seasons/pairings mentally.
I think ep 1 was a lot of fun. So far, both main leads are likable and refreshing - he's neither chaebol nor asshole and she's relatable and not stupid. Of course it's too early to judge after one ep, but it's got potential.
The show was great and realistic until all the drama around the new faulty building started. No matter how bad…
Actually people are "stupid" enough to leave people in a building about to collapse in real life. It happend that way with the Sampoong Department Store, because they didn't want to lose the money of that day's sales.
Long time ago I was a hard-core KimuTaku fan, but lately he's been starring in all of these sh**ty dramas like…
I agree that especially KimuTaku's recent roles all kinda feel like the same character. This show is no real exception, as at least post memory loss the character is just KimuTaku. That said, Ieji doesn't fill the KimuTaku mold quite as neatly as other characters, because he constantly has to question himself - I attribute those added layers solely to the writing, though. This show is a great improvement from his other recent dramas plotwise and based on the first 3 episodes I'd recommend it readily. But yeah, he's still mostly that one character.
wait where did kim seulgi appear??? did i miss her???can someone tell me????
That's a mistake on MDL. I checked the official page and the actor's name is Kim Seul Gi, too, but the character is Jong Man, one of Gong Joo's minions. So it's obviously not THE Kim Seul Gi.
I'm probably the 28379287423th to say that but Shin Se Kyungs acting is so enjoyable, even if her character is…
I never thought she was actually bad, but she did make some awful decisions when choosing projects, like When a Man Loves or Fashion King. Those characters were horribly written to begin with, so it's a small wonder everyone hated them.
Yoo Hyun Min was a bad guy in Inspiring Generation and he was smoldering. But I can't recommend watching it, as he was only one of the very few good things about that show.
The synopsis didn't actually appeal to me at all and the main reason I started is the Cruel City reunion, but somehow the result is so so so much better than I imagined. Highly addictive!
