Review Fai Hima Spoiler
haha I laughed at the laughing comment, that was so true lol Kim's laugh was so extra sometimes I couldn't take…
I came off really harsh, but I was really mad at this show. I wanted to like it based on the beginning of the show and watching it spiral into craziness was such a letdown.
I've watched a lot of over the top lakorns, but I can usually find justification in the characters actions even if I think it's been over dramatized. However, this show went too far from logic on almost every point that I couldn't even justify any rationality behind them.
I can think of Lhong Ngao Jun right from the top of my head (I've watched the 2006 version). I thought everything was over dramatized in that show, but the actions of each character were within justification. The reason the sister was so twisted was because of constant comparison from childhood to adulthood. Having the mother be so polarizing was making her become the crazy person she eventually became. But in this show, the writer tried to do something similar with Kim's character, however, we as an audience are only shown ONE incidence where the father compared Kim to Hin, and Hin's family isn't even living with Kim for very long. So to justify why he wants to destroy and kill Hin is very hard, yet the writer/director tried to push the narrative that he's crazy because of childhood trauma is not portrayed very well and he doesn't come off as a genuine character. I can do this analysis with other characters in this show, where they change their behaviour for no apparent reason. It's this very reason that I rated the show so low.

This list is inferiour for not including Rome, Andrew and Aum! How dare you not include them, those 3 actors were…
Totally agree with Andrew and Aum. Aum is a total sex god in any lakorn he's in (I have a huge bias as he's the first thai actor I ever saw in Jam leuy Ruk which introduced me to the world of lakorns in 2006). And as for Andrew, he's such a cutie! His older lakorns are a lot better than the newer ones, but rewatching his old lakorns over and over again every year is a must for me.

Dropped after first episode. The who has nothing that makes you want to watch. I might in the future come back to this, but highly unlikely.

I thought I was the only one. It sort of reminds me of Kwan & Oil's 2006 Khing Kor Rar Khar Kor Rang. They NEVER…
I haven't seen the new version. I'll binge it when it's finished subbing. But the older version was one of my fav lakorns from the late 2000's. All the actors/actresses in that version were very well picked, and the mom from the older version is my favourite mother-in-law in dramas of all time.

I like her in more fiesty roles, she plays those really well. I loved her in King Khor, the older version, as I find thats a really good fit for her.

Kwan has been in some scandals in the past where she didn't get along with the cast/crew at sets for various reasons. She's an awesome actress, but doesn't have the nicest image in the thai media.

This show has a lot of editing problems. The start of each episode starts randomly in the middle of odd scenes that are sometimes a scene in the middle of the episode or other times some random scene that just sheds light on other characters.
Also, the last few episodes just crumbled apart. Especially the last episode where editing is beyond horrible. The episode makes no sense as the scenes are cut and pasted with no logic.

Hello, please, how many swords with specific role are there? Why are they all bad, need to be locked up, buried?…
The only sword that's demonic is the wan jun sword. The reason it gets locked up is because the sword possess the holder and eventually takes their free will away, so anyone smart enough to realise this early will lock up the sword as it's too powerful for it's own good. The other sword mentioned in the show is the heavenly sword that Li Chen Lan gets for Zhao Yao. It's not a sword with it's own free will. Thus the holder isn't affected by it, meaning it's just a powerful sword, not OP like the wu jin sword.

the drama was super boring, I had to skip through so many scenes just to finish it. I wish they had made this a lot shorter, maybe 10 episodes instead of 16 and cut some extra bits so the drama was tighter.

This guy is an awesome actor. However, I doubt he will get main lead roles even though his acting is 10x better than half the newbie leads starring in shows nowadays.

Ugh, finally finished this. Felt like a chore while I was watching it. There were just too many misunderstandings, too many evil people and too many twists and turns happening in this show. FL was really good and headstrong, but the ML was annoying throughout the show,

That's the predicament of watching Lakorns, can't have them (completely) -- can't leave them! The utter ridiculousness…
LOL I feel you completely about being a masochist and going back again and again into another lakorn. I fell in love with slap and kiss lakorns, but the originals I liked had solid plotlines, most lakorns are like carbon copies of each other however and very formulaic, that now I just get tired of seeing the same character prototype being played out. I watch them on x2 speed so I feel less guilty about watching the ones like this one, which are completely hollow and have no interesting characters.

I've seen Baifern's drama Slam Dance and I think she's quite a good actress even if the drama wasn't that good,…
Yeah, I looked through her drama list and realized she starred in the movie 'A Crazy Little Thing Called Love.' She was awesome in that movie, however, none of her dramas have ever appealed to me, so I completely forgot about her after watching that movie years ago.

Yeah, they both are trouble makers, Kwan cause she's a brat, and Oil is stubborn and picky. Maybe thats why they were never paired again? The directors and cast can only take so much, both of them together was probably too much to handle at once.
