I wonder why the production team did not publish the series on its own channel.
Creating a standalone separate channel has worked for e.g. My Engineer in 2020, but this was mostly because people were locked up due to COVID-19 epidemics and because the series has trailed 2gether, which has broke all possible worldwide records for viewership (though it is a pity that a fake abstinential bromance “BL” series got lucky with this, not a real one).
But now this is an oversaturated market so you need an established YT channel to promote your series.
Apparently, the production studio does not have it yet?
It is also not believable that Mix’ character was honest about Phu’s one only possibly being a friend to him. Of course, it not feasible to not want to have fun with the lad, so this was said just for the sake of friendship with Pond’s character.
The secret Facebook friend has first appeared in BL series Brothers a bit earlier than this one was released, and there it was done right: it has added mystery because you did not know who that friend really was. Even later than this series Eclipse (2022) has repeated the weak version of the trope.
Poor Phu character’s family: three children and all are gay. The family tree totally ends unless some of them would not adopt or produce via surrogacy a baby or a few.
People do not commit unalive because they are heartbroken. The underlying brain issues are the culprit. A possible heartbreak is a pretext, a trigger, not a reason.
The whole narrative of the series is quite dubious because one lad carries out systematic coercion of another lad into loving him via various kinds of pressure even for the latter lad has repeatedly said he is not interested in it and does not like it.
This does happen in real life, so it not a valid objective reason to subtract points from the rating of the series.
No, you do not fall in love because your target has a kind heart or anything. Love is an emotion, and it operates not in the front lobe, cortex or anything, but in ancient parts of the brain that can not reason at all. There are no reasons for love. Whatever you can come up with is just how you try to rationalise a fundamentally irrational feeling.
It is good that the production team has remember to put metal frames onto Phu’s character teeth at night, but people should know that those things do not really work well and that you should never remove actual braces prematurely.
I love Pond’s character lass friend in the series. She is so funny here.
The presentation of Phu’s character as meek in the near past is not believable because he is behaving very decisive with Pond’s character with no transition between the states.
“Brothers” in all those dramas can not be any less similar to each other (or to their “parents”, too).
The plot where the main couple has started dating but was not yet engaging with each other intimately is not believable: with are not living in the 19th Century, and it is not feasible for males anyway. In reality, it happens in the opposite order; the boyfriend thing might come after the fun.
The lass’ confession does not make sense. She did not have the photos to release, only Pond’s character did.
As it typically goes, the filmmakers have made the lass as unattractive as they could in terms of her looks (hairstyle and clothes). But at least she is funny and cute in behaviour except for the absurd twist in the ends.
Wait, they are not intimate even after two years of dating? Is this 2gether In Celibate series or what?
He doesn't want it. Because he explained that he wanted to spend more time on pilot lessons and practices.
Besides, piloting brings very good money. Actually, more money than what moderately successful regular series actors have.
Not that many actors earn really good money, and this happens because they get lucky with a whole lot of circumstances to reach a big, not just moderate success. Then they have great promotional deals from brand and exclusive events hosting that provide way more money that what pilots earn.
So the lad is both doing what he truly loves and is very practical with his career path.
Finally, by now he has tried himself in nearly all possible kinds and genres of media entertainment, so he has fulfilled his curiosity and can choose only the kinds of activities he likes (not the BL business), and do it as a hobby, not as a chore.
Yeah, this is where it all began for him. So fun to see how much his acting has improved over the years!
But we can still notice the same micro-movements in the face of Phu, which are his unique and adorable trademark already from the time he was in his first “couple”.
One complaint I have about this series is that there's way too much unnecessary drama and arguments and how quickly…
Well, how else they would showcase the medical skills the students have? Though the aid they give is so bad that I am surprised that the production team was not able to get advice from the stuff of places where they were filming, LOL.
Basically all races except whites have way stronger skin so they might look good for way longer. And Off is, apparently, doing great job at taking care of himself, so your sentiment is accurate.
They just need to use his body more often. It is such a waste to cover it with too many clothes.
Why is it wrong to showcase how good the lads are, especially in the BL industry? The actors work hard to look good and viewers love it and like to see their favourite actors presented in the best way. Pretending it is not so is delusional and gross holier-than-thou hipocrisy. You chose the least suitable genre for the prudery postering and virtue-signalling.
Ohm does not have a partner for that since spring, so maybe he has decided to close this chapter.Otherwise, it…
Some of the “fans” are surely maniacs, but it is not Ohm’s exclusive issue. Other actors are able to keep their pairings, however, so besides the “fans” there are other issues that continue to pop up one way or another so the agency and Ohm have given up for now, it seems. Condering his character and history, his own personality might be not meant for the BL business.
It is obvious that tobacco smoking is horrible to your health and looks, but in this case the authors overestimate how how wide spread it is in the Thai IT business among people younger than 30. So viewers feel disgusted for no reason. I guess the ideas was to stress just how “mature, unsanitised, real” the series is, compared to most others, but they went overboard.
Alcohol can not help you with focus on anything, it is harmful for this. Also, do not drink it while you are on insomnia medication.
Of course, the firings over “AI” is a real thing and it is astute social commentary, but it not even remotely possible to fire the whole application development department because the “AI” is not actually intelligent, it can not reason, derive causality and consistency generates nonsense. So it is a tool to help developers, not to replace them all.
Non-competition agreement can not ban former workers from using their skills in different areas, so programmers can still get good jobs with no issue.
This is maybe romantic in some way, but insomnia can not really be treated by the presence of somebody nearby, even the loved one. It is not as easy as alleviating the anxiety of being alone and insecure, alas.
Urine washes off with shower just fine.
There is no way to remove videos from the internet.
Of course, hand lines is not a thing of any meaning.
“Opposites attract each other” only for short flings, but not for meaningfully lasting relationships, so AJ’s character is right.
A PSA: do not sleep on clothes, it is very annoying and painful afterwards.
In the episode 8 the story becomes a bit too cheesy and simplistic when Off’s character is explained by his mother’s last wish for him to never trust anyone, and he is even shown talking to her portrait aloud in their old abandoned home.
With a move like this the series reverts from being mature gay drama to sweet, feel good and naive writing typical for BL series.
Ultimately, we have Gun’s character choosing between a criminal and his accomplice, a Dew’s character, which is also criminal, so the story should have ended with Gun’s character left alone while others are in jail.
Dee’s character is infantile just like most people. He does not understand that love can not have explanations and justifications, it is an irrational concept in the first place. It originates in the deeper brain that can not reason, unlike the lobe, the cortex.
WAIT, why does not Off’s character have a proper ventilation over his work bench here he is wondering?
Though regardless of this if neural networks are trained on someone else copyrightable works without permission, it is theft.
You can not make a neural network useful just by yourself or even with the use of an artist to help. This is because the NN training obligatory includes huge amounts of manual labelling of art pieces for the names of compositions, colour palettes, themes and lots of other information. It costs so much that only incredibly rich companies were able to do it.
Off’s character is right: the Pandora’s box has been opened, so it does not matter if he is personally engaged in it or not in the grand scheme of things. However, it does matter on personal level for Gun’s character.
Dew’s character can not possibly delete the panting training data both because he is fired and does not have a way to login to the database and because it is technically not really feasible as all of the source data gets infused, merged, mixed into giant pieces of data. So you need to retrain it anew to remove some of the source material.
BTW, to be clear, what Off’s character is creating in the series is already done in real world, of course.
Off’s character is seen driving in sunglasses in nights, which is a violation. It is allowed during the daytime.
The story ends with the couple coming back together. But maybe the lesson here is that just like it would have happened in real life, Koh did not really change. And that just attempts to change your partner would already lead to a failure in relationships. Even if your partner would try to change himself/herself with no pressure from you, then it would still fail because he/she would snap later.
This is why many people here correctly suggest that the couple would maybe last only a few months after the series ends.
YES, they are not going all the way.
They have said that Off’s character was a good person before his parents went broke. But this is weak because in real life lots of businessmen are natural sociopaths or genuinely heartless and cynical people that crave more money and power. No need to soften anything in this aspect.
This is where a mature adult gay drama has felt reverting back to the BL genre with the elements of ponies and rainbows in the worldview.
The same happens in the episode 8, where the story becomes a bit too cheesy and simplistic when Off’s character is further exonerated and explained by his mother’s last wish for him to never trust anyone, and he is even shown sentimentally talking to her portrait aloud in their old abandoned home.
This is not how people like this realistically behave. Off’s character should have stayed being fully committed be the faulty self. Love happens with those people and to those people in real life, too.

That said, the bulk of people worldwide are toxic one way or another, so maybe it is good that the series is portraying…

That said, this series is maybe not meant to provide the usual type of enjoyment that most others can. For example, I just watched an old series from 2022 called Love In The Air, which is, unlike this, a proper BL series (though no way perfect) that has made me smile from ear to ear nearly the whole tim, similarly to what My School President and Bad Buddy has made me to do. Blissful happiness and cuteness overload type of enjoyment. Nothing like this series at all, which can provide a different type of enjoyment that some people can or can not feel it due to their taste preferences.
Honestly Pheem is the only character I actually empathized with and thought he deserves better, for a honest guy…
Yes, that lad was pitiful. But AJ’s character was also adorable.
That said, both are criminals. The first one is an accomplice of the main criminal, Off’s character, in money laundering, and AJ’s one has committed an assault on Gun’s character. Both might lead to jail time.
And here are the notes about less important mostly nitpicky stuff:
NOT believable that the lad would have been able to decline the opportunity of fun with the biker lad. In males the desire is crazy strong, and yet the lad is written in the script as a lass.
The production team has forgot that they had to touch up the smaller lad’s hair as they grow. It is visible that scenes were filmed out of order because of black hair growing in instead of brown.
During the rain season Thais always take umbrellas with them, but here the lad never does.
Interestingly, usually the standard BL series formula postulates that the promised second pair is presented pretty soon, but only develops way later, and their story often even gets rushed.
However, this series uniquely first tells the story of the first and then the second couple. It is better than what happens to the second couple story usually, but less optimal than when both couples have their story in parallel.
It is funny when a character runs into a scene just to do a proclamation that only consists of a few words that are just sent via a messaging application in reality.
WHAT? The severe crime of kidnapping over silly bickering at a race? The evil lad is a crazy maniac. But some people are like that, indeed.
Another PSA: do not make you psychotic kidnappers even angrier.
It is not believable that the other biker lad would have stopped from having fun with a cute love who is caressing him. The act is purely physiological in bases and males need release and relief regardless how they feel romantically in regard to one person or another.
FortPeat acquaintance in the series is the most believable because if a couple of hot and cute gays who are not shy would have met in this circumstances they would have totally clicked on immediately and engaged in fun with each other. The male sexual drive is just that strong, commanding, inevitable basically.
However, I am not sure what Peat character’s issue is with Fort’s one, why he is running away. Most of relationships start with sex, there is nothing wrong with that at all. It is the best way, actually, as you find out if you have passion for each other and compatible in intimacy. Just have fun as often as you want and see if it gets to something bigger. He was very passionate in his first fun, so there is no excuse as past love troubles did not tamper with it.
When you have fever you are slow, but the lad is shown to be lighting fast.
The sound editor has forgot how to make an actor sound as if he walking via smartphone. While the quality of sound has become very good, you should still be able to understand that the sound is coming from a smartphone, not transmitted via telepathy.
THE SERIES question might be why the lad from the second couple did not report the mass rape to police? As the story is told, this is one of the easiest cases to prosecute better just regular video surveillance of the corridors and entrance, the lack of prior communication with two other rapists, the lack of communication with evil boyfriend about the victim’s love for masochism, his cigarette burn marks etc is fully sufficient under the law to jail all three even though there is no video from the inside of the room or a third-party witness there and there is no confession.
In some harder cases the prosecution would have been way harder so the victim’s anxiety and shame could have explained why no report to police was made. But here is it a clear case and it is not believable that the lad would have allowed a dangerous gang of rapists to just roam around freely in the search for more victims. The victim’s character would have been a different one for this to happen.
And the second case right in the end is also an easily prosecutable crime of attempted group rape. It has only happened because there was no police report the first time. But even here nobody is calling police, which is horrible. Instead, the victims’ boyfriend himself has committed a crime or assault on the ex-boyfriend rapist.
TOO BAD that the series and the original novel conditioning, framing, and mind shaping its readers and viewers is that the thing to do when you are raped in such a clear case is to do nothing, just suffer and allow both yourself and others to continue only to be raped later.
Did they forget to include some of actors in the credits? For example, the evildoers in the end.Overall, this…
