i disagree:) movies and series are not operas and i do not think that there should be 15y gap between actual age of the actress and the character she will play. Most of the actors will not take the role with this type of age gap either.

i agree about Xu Kai but Tang is too old. Remember that most of the series will be about her reincarnated as 15y and not as a grown up Empress. I just watched one of the old dramas and i have to say i really, really dislike teenagers been played by almost 30years old. Chen Fei Yu would be another option for ML in my view:)
