Ep 19…the fight scenes by ML is impressive, took up most of the time in this ep. but it’s cool🤩.
When he threw his sword at FL, I though he would aim at the villain, but nope, the sword broke the chain. And when FL attack the villain, thought she will cut his throat, but nope, she goes for his heart and obviously he has golden amour to protect…wahahah. Super cliche, but yeah. I am still watching them. 🤣.
What is Ling Xue Ying‘s freakin’ problem? I don’t get her at all. So meddlesome. Also, why is that actress…
I also can’t get what she is trying to portray here. Is she the number one fan for FL, yet she appears smart and silly at the same time. So confusing characterization.
-He has not learn love or affection from his own parents, to them is always transaction, being what “we think you need to be and not who you really want to be”. - Money is everything and can buy anything. - His impulsive love at young age is being condemned upon and he can’t even tell his own child his relationship to him. - He lost his first love tragically and felt indebted to take care of his Ex’s younger sister. - He is capable and responsible to his work, meticulous and hardworking. - He never truly know happiness as that was never taught and his love for Ex was also taken away from him, so he is cautious and suspicious of FL’s love and shuts off. - He is constantly seeking approval and affirmation from his father, who will never grant that as ‘he is deem never good enough’. So he has his own fair share of growth work to do, hopefully this drama show it well here. So far we have been only focusing on FL’s growth arc and changes.
If you sense this in ep 6, then this CP is doing a good job. As at this point, they are not truly in love and…
Good spot…I do noticed that. I wonder was it deliberate to show that she was trying to be more real after marriage…then it looks even more real and genuine at ep 17/18, where she decides to strip away her facade.
I'm on episode 6 and so far the relationship between them is weak and their kisses are a complete disaster...…
If you sense this in ep 6, then this CP is doing a good job. As at this point, they are not truly in love and both are faking it or hiding something. So I will say this director and casts done well to show their lack of chemistry🫢.
Yeah, I thought so too. But it turns out, both their souls are in the body. However LZ was given more dominant part to seek revenge with XJY’s fighting skills. Then ep 18, shows LZ saying goodbye, so XJY became the dominant soul. Wasnt expecting that too.
