Yup, Thats foreshadowing the faith of the brotherhood. ZX will be the King that United all lands, and both his brothers will be sacrificed.

It’s consider a somewhat sad ending there so at least here we ended with a happy note.

This series feels more like a growth arc for Princess Ning.
So we saw ZX’s capabilities. North Clan’s advisor also have the same ability and knew ZX, but if there is no season 3, we can’t get to see the last arc and ZX’s birth clan. How could this end like that?

I also wondered why the need for 3rd SML to be infactuated with FL. I blamed the scriptwriter for not being able to be more creative with the characters and just try add a convenient plot. The script needed a third person for the smuggling plot but not sure how to link their relationship.lol!
