Yup, I just done all ep today. It’s good that Youku released all 6 ep. as I watched with mild frustration towards ML’s character and some plotholes here and there, but because I binged through, the holes didn’t stand out too much🤣😅. It was not fully explain on how he died. Last moment of him was that he used the bronze fishes to open the Gui Seal, then he saw the funny stone and we heard news of him being critical ill and passed away.
If we speculate that the stone was from original tomb raider series, that is a poisonous meteor that can cause harm to human body and mind.
However yet in next moment we saw Minister Zhao using it with no issues. 🤷🏻‍♀️

HE, ML got his revenge, resigned from his court post and went travelling with FL who is still a Princess but choose not to resume her status, as she chooses to be with her love;) Where they go will be up to our imagination, I am sure they will settle and make babies😍.
