That is probably the reason he didn’t want to reveal to her, he can understand who she is and he cannot be that for her, so when he put on the mask and holds the other identity, he can be himself with her. Sad guy, so much responsibility and burden, he can’t love freely.

ML is plotting and doing what he can, to make a change for the greater good and focusing on the big picture, which FL will not understand. Thats their differences, wonder how they can resolve this.

Ep 5 LXY shown his versatile acting. 🤩Acting like HongNing🤣.

HongNing is constantly a trouble maker. Her personality definitely seems more suited for Kunlun. I smell a possible love triangle coming🧐.

It’s the script, the first few ep. was shown how ML is prejudice towards FL and treated her unkindly. Then SML came along and he is so far kind and sensitive to FL. Now FL lost her memories, and ML discovered her strengths and start liking her, and being jealous towards SML, so I feel some of us felt SML deserves FL more. lol. It’s how it is, viewers’ perception tends to be easily affected by what we see.
So maybe you want to watch on and decide how it is for you.

I am curious since you follow the Manga story. Is this one suppose to have a SE right? Both ML and FL will sacrifice in the end, so they became the infamous sword for their son to carry on the next series.

Side topic: at the latest ep., ML said ‘ShaoYao’ is not a beautiful flower, but for those who know flowers, will know that ‘ShaoYao’ known as Paeonia Lactiflora aka Chinese Peony, has strong medicinal usage and when bloom can be as pretty as Peony.🧐 Immortal Flower God is bias, only waiting for his Camellia flower. lol!
