Ah, the drama by Karlina Zhang and Miles Wei, started a few ep., somehow the plot didn’t pick up for me. But I am watching Love Rebellion and Are you the One - enjoying those. You are right, Asian parents sometimes get in my nerve, their over controlling and over protective nature can really be traumatizing. Is Liu MinTang Lu Wen? I thought the FL was the masked person who shot the arrow in the first episode but I wanted…
Liu MingTang is the run away bride and became Lu Wen, the bandit chief that has been in battle of wits for the past 3 years against ML as a mask man. ML didn’t know Lu Wen was a lady. But somehow in the sect she was betrayed and severely injured where ML found her and rescued her. The other guy seems to be Liu MingTang’s love interest, they have fallen out as Liu Ming Tang seems to have taken something from the sect or there is some form of betrayal which hasn’t been revealed. I didn’t read the novel, but that’s the plot shown in drama so far.
