Ep 26 fight scenes were quite exciting. Sigh…Guo Jing’s stubbornness; Huang Yao Shi’s inner dialogue about his daughter’s choice, “But why him, why?…”lol!

Yup, exactly. If this subtlety are not signs of her learning that they both have feelings for each other. Would ML continue to pursue her if he feels she prefers SML? He may as he mentioned that he wants her to be happy in this arc. I feel a lot of people are stuck at previous arc on how FL had wrong ML but not seeing the fact that relationship for both ways.

- In previous arcs, both have regrets.
- Current arc, ML has more insight and awareness of his feelings and decided to make different choice towards his relationship. So he choose to support FL wholeheartedly. He isn’t sure whether FL will choose him in the end, but he chooses to support her action even it is that she wants to love SML. However he still gets jealous and show it openly to FL😂.
- FL is still confused who she really loves as she never really learn to love. Her love language taught was always power associated apart for her brother. Previous arc, she marries, committed but was hurt by a misunderstanding and spent 20 years emotionally involved in another man. So I can see why at current arc, she is still trying to figure out who she really loves.
The story is by this author, and my interpretation so far, don’t ask me why, but I enjoyed watching their couple bickering and female harem. 🤣

I thought today’s ep will continue to spark emotions and more will be upset with FL’s behaviour and wonder why ML is so tolerance. Lots of sympathy vote for ML and making FL the heartless spouse😅.

Oh? You finished? That’s fast, I am still stuck at ep 25. I think it’s ep 25, where he YK asked OYF to teach him some skills, that’s where I saw the mantis skill. lol!

wahahah…OYF is even more versatile than Scissorhands in his kungfu style. He practice a lot of reptilians style. Later you will see him teaching YK, some sort of ‘Mantis’ skills 🤣.

His chiseled jaw is what I noticed and how this director tends to enhance his assets through camera angle😍😍😍

Their story was true to original but because of how it was edited, the impact seems lost. I remembered feeling sad for Ying Gu, but here, I just feel flat😅.

That’s the best part of this whole series.
