Agreed. This is not really a romance drama. But I would still say it’s a nice touch that this story tried to add in some romantic sequence. Would have love to see the romance between Captain and the French teacher;)

Yes, I watched that, I love it. It’s a surprisingly well done production with mystery solving and some fantasy element. He is very fit in that show;).

I am late..,here’s my thoughts…for ep 35, I only want to savour the good conversation between LSS and TTJ, how they confessed their love, their first kiss and how LSS finally shows that she cares so much. And like in most of our dream ending that this will be the perfect precious moments between them.😍

LX’s chemistry with YangZhi is quite different in GoGo Squid, but enjoyable to watch. That drama focus more on YZ.

Nope, she will only be in the drama for first arc, after her parents’ case is solved, she will be sent away somewhere safe, there will be a short emotional goodbye scene for her;)

Honestly I feel that they are like older brother and younger sister…ML has more chemistry with Captain Chen Hao. Hence I felt that kiss was forced🤣. I may be bias especially after watching LiXian and Zhou YuTong fire chemistry, quite hard to see him with another FL.

They got together at ep11. There are two arguments which they temporary breakup but resolved pretty quickly, as both leads are mature and insightful in handling their differences.

This drama really go beyond usual norm and willing to explore and discuss the taboo topics openly, which is what I appreciate most of this writing.

Agreed! That’s a nice touch from production team. Enjoy watching Meet Yourself, you will see a different LiXian and Crystal Liu is beautiful there too.😍 That drama has very good dialogue and script too. But be prepared for the first few ep of emo scenes with Janice Wu.

I would define it as happy as all the main leads are alive and working together for a greater cause. But no progress on romance dept.
