I saw that you ask that several time. You must be quite upset with Ah LAN’s character. So far she is not mean or evil. Although she was instructed by her teacher to kill Bai Cai, she didn’t do it as she knew BC is very important to AhGou. She is also trying to figure out why she was given the instruction. She likes ML but she doesn’t tell him and only secretly protects him. She is not designed as a bad character, hope this helps.

Patience. All good things take time. There is also a reason why she couldn't take a human form.
Till ep 6, she will confess her feelings for him but has to leave because she doesn’t want harm on him. But all is temporary. The drama is suppose to have HE, as some commented if based on novel.

She is a general and fighter, can’t imagine she will know how to kiss…that scene is quite accurate in my opinion. Intentional but yet awkward. It’s more of her claiming him with a ‘stamp’.🤣

Correction, I may have confused you. The king a.k.a Emperor, is different person from ML, but the King consults this matters with this ‘very senior Ancient God’ who is ML and has lots of authority in the immortal realm;).

For me it’s that moment between MingYe and SangJiu at the bamboo forest when he was able to see her. Somehow that scene touches me deeply and the beautiful scenery. Just wish their time move slower or just freeze there. 😍

To me Bai Cai and Wu Geng has good chemistry, but feels more like strong siblings relationship. Seeing the preview I feel Ni Tian Er Xing make a better pairing for Bai Cai. But that’s just my opinion.
