But personally when I watched till the end, I am okay with the ending as it at least gave a closure and a new beginning for both leads. However a lot of viewers hate it and rated low for this drama, as it’s not the traditional story telling style, but I find it intrigued and refreshing. Hope you enjoy this drama. Both Zhou Ye and Wang Xing Yue done a fantastic job here.

HE, not focus on their romance. I felt they have good friendship and romantic tension, romance dept. could be better.

Since the moment she returned from her first death, she is determine to change her fate. She always adore SML as they grew up together and he loves her and protected her. But in my interpretation, at that time, she never really knows ‘true love’, then when she returns, it’s her journey to learn love hence she fell for XW. Watch on SML is a good character and very respectful of FL’s choices.

Agreed! Their initial chemistry was good then somehow FL’s character seems to lack much growth. Or maybe it’s this FL’s acting, she tends to appeared distance with all her co-lead.

CXX is an excellent actor, he shines in every role he is in😍.

No, you won’t while watching as it’s all sweetness, but maybe you will when it’s all done withdrawal😅. Then can go for re-watch;)

In opinion of already watched both. I preferred MLCB because of the strong brotherhood and the mystery case investigation. This drama has more focus on romance of the leads. Although both dramas gave us the OE/SE, MLCB’s ending was more satisfactory to me as it completes the story expectation.

A personal opinion, it is definitely TTEOTM for me. Reasons being it has stronger storyline, world class CGI production and costume. And of course I preferred the casts, their roles and their acting here.

Saw that clip, it’s released during SOKP! I also can’t seem to find it now. LuLu is very big sisterly relationship to all her co-actors, she takes care of them😍.

This drama happened during the new regulation set for C entertainment which is all drama episodes are limited to max 40. Ending wasn’t change, it’s just that the production team has to edit it and gave the most conclusive ending, which feels rush and incomplete for some of us. Some viewers were satisfied with it and some were unhappy. So depends on how you want to interprete it;)

Wow I learnt something new. ‘Joseph kings are weakling’, explained why this drama has one of the theme to show the young King’s journey to uncover the evil minister’s deeds. Interesting.

Totally get it on the forbidden feelings 😍. I gave the credit to both the art direction and the natural chemistry between the casts.🤩 Sometimes less or subtlety can give more rooms for imagination 😍.

She is a fighter! That’s one of the best scene I love for FL too! And she finished everything, great appetite😆.
The other scene was the earlier one when she ran so frantically after seeing ML’s abs and took his fan along the way🤣.

1. This drama has no romance tag, but since beginning the CP has great chemistry and tension throughout. Huge spoiler: they only get together in ep 12.
2. No breakup but FL went away for a year.
3. They never breakup, ML was just waiting for FL to return.
4. 2nd CP was hinted with HE in the end.
5. Deginitely HE.
I would highly recommend this as the CP has lots of swoon moments till the end, but the main plot is revenge and working together to uncover the villian’s plot and deeds.
I am surprised by how much I enjoyed this. Hope you pick this up and enjoy the 12 ep., there was no dull
moments for me.

Saw ep 1 when it first released 8 years ago, had it on hold but finally finished it today. The 2 ep., just feels like a long movie. Watching this drama, one have to throw out physic, science, or logic; it’s about magical romance between two people that met at different time zone and spark fire. The ridiculous Oppa-Gangnam style to ride a horse and falling in love with the king on your money note. lol! Watch it purely for the chemistry of the CP, and it’s enjoyable, period.
