Totally enjoyed this drama. No unnecessary fillers and love the CPs and other side characters. Intereating that this is marketed as non romance drama.

Ep 12, when everything is over, FL sat at her garden looking at the door and thinking of her deceased brother leaving, then ML entered! That’s a very nice symbolic scene depicting that she can move on now with someone else😍.

Hahahha…that kind of costume in those days must be designed to prevent intimate kiss scenes. lol!

The implied kiss scene at the end was very sweet! Lee Jong Won does have a smile to die for and Honey Lee was fantastic throughout this drama😍. Nice closure of all the major plot themes, all issues raised were addressed. I am surprised when I picked this up and so satisfied with this great piece of work.

Wang Xin Yue is an actor under Yu Zheng so he can’t choose his own script. And Yu Zheng team tends to have a lot more historical dramas, so we can only hope😅.

I actually see it more of a gain for Lei Lei to do movies. Movies are not like dramas that an actor can take time to build the character, hence requires more experience, demands and skills of an actor to do movie well. A lot of c drama actors wouldn’t dare or have that opportunity to do movies. I felt it’s a good move for him, as he will definitely gain more international audience. Although I will miss him in dramas, I am excited for him to pick a good movie for viewers to enjoy.🤩

Well said! It’s odd that one would watch a drama they dislike by skipping or ff, what’s the point on that, may as well move on to something else, if it’s not their cup of tea.

It’s pretty heavy budget to film at foreign country, I am actually quite surprise that this drama has such funds.

Yes! MXD is a great character, wish this drama has develop his love line.
