No, I said they were not together and I wish they were together. That’s why their love line is unsatisfying for me.

The FL sister has very screen time and her crush was not mentioned in the drama. The drama only shows that she doesn’t like him. And after ep 18, there is only another scene in ep 28, when ML officially meet FL’s family for dinner, but she does nothing apart from looking displease.

Your points highlighted were some of my thoughts too. Like the whole story just wrapped up, but what about the other characters? We were introduced to them but somehow, they all became non existence. And I mentioned in another comment, this director is not great at filming sports or competition, the game is anti-climactic and lacks anticipation for viewers on the sports, if they really are promoting this sport, there are a lot more knowledge and info. that can be provided for audience.

Finally I managed to see this. It’s good! Initially thought it was an epilogue or sequel to the original story from the drama, but it’s not, it’s a re-written script, tighter pacing and better ending. Just love the CP, Lin Bei Xing and Zhang Wen Sen.

Yup, this drama just focus on main CP, and never give other side characters any development, that’s it shortcoming.

That’s just the author way of thinking it’s cool to force a live confession from LYY, since he had became famous after the winning. That part is over-idealistic and dramatic writing. Yup, it’s in the novel and yes the host knew LYY but I don’t think they knew FL. And a proper competition wouldn’t do this as such things will affect players’ mood, the unprofessional host sure will be fired!
