FL rented a room from Granny. CY is Granny’s grandson, so he said wants to stay near work area, and asked Granny to also rent him the extra room. They are not dating, but he is interested in FL and wants to pursue her. He will also have his own love line.

What about him? If you are asking his involvement in the CP. He is a junior interested in FL but I don’t think he stands a chance and he has his own love line.

Watch on, the romance will pick up a little on ep7 onwards, but it’s a slow burnt, so be prepared if you want to continue. There will be push and pull between the leads.

Yes same here, a little disappointed by today’s ep. and 20 more to go, wonder how this drama will continue. I do wish they have more focus on legal cases.

I wonder the purpose of today’s site plot. May be it’s a set up for CY to fight a future case, I don’t know, just a guess. But it’s indeed unnecessary and again the plot amplify FL’s lack of intelligent characteristic.

I am with you on this. Wondering as a lawyer herself, why does she allows her Ex to harass her like that and not call for any action. It kept happening and she is still inaction and allowing him to stop her from new relationship. And her gesture towards ML, buying him sleep medicine and showing additional concern, that scene was a little weird for me. When I watched that I was wondering why she shows extra concern for ML and ignored Wu Jun who is so concern about her.

I am with you on this, although FL explained the reason. I find it unnecessary to make that lie. But I guessed for comedic effect of setting the plot for next scene. it wasn’t mentioned what FL’s parent do, but they have both their daughters in law, so assuming they must be living quite comfortably.

Totally irrelevant…but my upmost admiration with Grandma who is well-versed in Shakespearen’ verse! I remembered this actress in ‘Meet yourself’, such a loveable and adorable granny there too!

By the looks of it, it will take a while and I felt it will be him convincing her and making her realise she still loves him. That’s my take from how the plot is progressing. But agreed with you that I do hope she also reciprocate or reach out to him. Enjoy watching;)
