This drama seems not suitable for you. Not sure what you are expecting when you started this. Personally I didn’t find it slow, I actually thought the pace was just right. It is a drama that is not just focus on love, instead it is focus on the growth of two ladies of different background and being caught in the period of war, how would they overcome adversity.

Thete are two sweet moments when TTJ was leaning and looking at YXW, with longing eyes. Love LYX’s eyes. The first scene was when she first found him at the river banks and second is at the tree.😍😍😍

Ep13, in brief: MX threatens Feng Yan with a scissor and then Feng Ming got killed, the sisters were being suspected. Wu Yin helped them to clear their names. Then CWD came as a fake ‘Wen teacher’ to teach archery. He threatened MX and warned her not to reveal his true identity as only MX knows who he is in the school. I am excited to know but next ep will only be released tomorrow.

ep 13., Mo Xi meets CWD again. The school is hiding some deep secrets, still wondering what’s hiding there. This Wu Yin’s background is also highly suspicious. Love the suspense.

Love her internal dialogue and daydream, give us a refreshing perspectives of her thoughts. Her imagination are hilarious 😂.

Connection issues with streaming? Strange, often quite smooth. I am only complaining having to watch on my HP, small screen😅

Ep 10, PR and YXW’s sisterly relationship. This ep. YXW has a rather complicated hair accessories. TTJ started to miss YXW. How funny the exchange between TTJ and PR and he so easily tricked PR to work for him. PR in full red costume, gorgeous! And PR’s first task for TTJ. This ep has a lot about building relegation ships between PR and the two main leads.

Think I missed the below comments on re-watching ep 9, here goes about some of my favourite part on ep 9 first: I love TTJ’s costume spill with blood, the pale blue with feathers costume that was auction and sold to fan. Love how TTJ bbq fish for YXW and end up not getting to eat it. TTJ leaning on YXW under the tree was super sweet and his first time taking a hit for YXW. I really like this ep. Next post will talk about ep 10.

Snow White vibes and the evil queen will be DG1.0…lol! So appropriate!😅
