hahaha…very common trope indeed, as it’s a challenge to kinship vs relationship. And drama always wants to show that how kinship can withstand such challenges. But I felt for this drama, Mo Xi has yet truly learnt love, she thought it’s love for WJG, but later she may realise that true love would endure hardship, I hope that’s the growth she experiences.

I am just adding this point: in the mortal world, in order for LSS to develop the nails, both of them have to be genuinely in love to cultivate the nails. So it’s not just TTJ falling for LSS, she has to reciprocate that love for the nails to be formed.

Seems that way. Not really anticipating that, but guess that’s also an important part of their growth as characters and challenges of their strengths in sisterly relationship. This drama so far has been empowering to watch.

It does feel that way but they both are suppose to be main leads and will have their own storyline and growth. The initial few ep were mainly focus on Mo Xi’s character.

Saw the tweet, but I am not sure, as IQIYI didn’t release any official news yet. That four dramas have been on their page for a while and many rumors said it will be released in summer however no confirmation yet. I do wish IQiYI can be more prompt in letting the viewers know when it may be released rather then always listed as coming. 😓
