If I am understanding its plot so far, YX is being task by his Master to take down the Su Fabric as they have become more influential. But I think YX is reluctant and is trying to set up a rescue mission for them instead, and not being seen to obviously like he is helping them.

The FL has not many good roles in the past. And she is not really a top notch pretty face, can be tough. But her fight scenes and acting are so far so good. The plot gets complicated at ep 8,, I am still in trying to figure out where it’s heading as I didn’t read the novel.

She fights very well! I totally understand, after ADOS, hard to see CX with another FL. But so far the chemistry here a little different. I wonder how it will play out.

Yun Xiang is so hard to read, still no idea is he good or bad. Hence everybody still cautious of him.

So far it appears he knows only the ‘10 step escape’ I don’t know the term. But means he can avoid very quickly from others attack, but the flaw of the skill is he can’t do it anymore after 10 steps. Out of breath🤣.

Okay, I settled my emotions and I am still saying that I love how the novel is different from the drama. To me the interpretation of drama is a great piece of work! The unjust is inevitable and unavoidable because of C drama regulation. The strong reaction stemmed from feeling bad for the whole team and casts, they putting so much effort and yet can’t be showcase probably. However I am still grateful that I get to see such fabulous performances. As there are a lot of good dramas that yet able to be aired.
I am going to enjoy every bit till the end, at least we get 40 ep with a complete ending.
