Done! Enjoyed it. Love the friendship and kinship, love how smart each story was solved. Love how both characters have their strengths and compliment each other. Although SY’s ability is really over the top, can’t imagine such a person exist in real life and how he would have contributed to solving many crimes. Wonder will there be a season 2.
At ep 11, clearly some parts not realistic or logical but yet the story telling and creativity of each cases were applauding. No wastage of time and China police is definitely very efficient here. Will binge till the end.
Yes, i really liked that public apology. Writer is really giving all characters closure.
Yes, some thoughts put in designing the characters, even what we perceived as ‘bad guys’ were driven by circumstances and been given a chance to redeem themselves.
Finally saw ep 13 and 14, love this line, by XHD on her grief “What we hold in our heart has weight, should not need to let go, instead we should learn to carry its weight forward…” And XZY, “Time will take all and Time will also heal, most cruel is time yet time is also most gentle,…” Li Xian has a very very sweet smile😍
Ep 35 and 36, still no hug and kiss. But I am fine on how things turn out, as things are reconciling for all parties, esp for Jiang’s matter, an acceptable closure to show that he deeply truly is still a professional pilot at heart.
