And I am done! Finished it! Only one word to describe, “awesome!” Totally emerged in the whole process, great story, fantastic acting. Though personally I felt the romance is unnecessary. I am glad that it’s a happy ending, everything wrapped up nicely. How we wish our real life can be given a second or multiple chances to do it right.:)

Hidden gem indeed! Started watching and got hooked, binged watching now, at ep 8. Can’t help developing feelings for the characters and their background story. And can’t help being frustrated by the inefficiency of police. But also understand that it’s quite a struggle for others to believe the main lead’ loop story. Both BJT and ZJM were really fantastic actor and actress. Amazing partner chemistry. Can’t wait to finish it.

Nicely summarized. Kudos! The subtitles don’t do justice. Many of the Chinese idioms or phrases have deeper meaning, which sometimes can be quite hard to be translated into other languages. The meaning tends to be lost.

Same here…I have dropped like 3 drama recently. Switching to a mystery genre for a change. See how that works.

Interesting discussion going on here, no right or wrong, just which angle of perception one perceive from. Personally I liked one statement Fang Shu Miao mentioned to ZY, “ LX is like a firewall in a computer programme, will wipe out all computer virus except somehow would leave ZY alone.” As ZY is LX’s princess. None of the characters were perfect and they all have flaws. However they come together and because of each other, they changed and grew. ZY was a brought up in a well protected environment and without meeting LX, she will not be able to develop to be more authentic adult and made her choices. And LX because of ZY’s bold and realness , he is challenged and learnt to love her. Whether it’s opposite attract or similarity that attract, the story is real to make the audience feel that a couple will find something in each other that make them complete.

Reading the reviews and comments here, so started this drama and now i have binged watch 4 episodes. Impressive indeed. Going to keep watching on, hopefully it continues to be as exciting and won’t end at a cliff hanger.

Well said! Idol or not, doesn’t really matter. It’s more important the whole composite like drama, story, acting and how it’s presented make sense to me. Hence sometimes such opinion can be subjective. So yeah, quite hard to challenge others who have already a fix opinion. Well that’s how it is. But as a group who enjoyed it, we can continue to share the common interest:)

I like both FL and ML in their other dramas. I am only in ep 2, but feel that the FL tried so hard according to script to be nasty and terrible to ML. To a point of a little unrealistic and extreme. But we shall see.

So agreed. Some dramas will evoke strong emotions for us. Do advocate but don’t get too enrage, bad for ourselves, keep the positive vibes 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻.;)

Hahaha…I think a few of us here shared the same feel that the betrayer should not be easily let off. But then again this is a heart-warming drama, guess it’s good that the audience didn’t have to end it with a heavy heart.

I suggest watch both.

My thoughts: Based on character, XLN is always seen as a determine type of character. And since LX came out, Gao knew XLN has been trying to get close to LX. So perhaps Gao believe XLN will have her way to get the source code from LX.

Wow, thanks! I didn’t know that:) I understand how you feel. For me, it’s a strong urge to be protective and a need to clarify, but then exactly like you say, we can’t prevent others’ comment and their judgement. So ignoring will be useful;).
