i'm sorry but well said +2 😂 no one can change so fast overnight so i just love how they show Ji Won's progress…
Right!! In the webtoon it felt so quick like I get she was angry about what happened, but it felt unrealistic on how fast she changed in the webtoon

Man, I'm loving how they're keeping it real with her confidence journey. I mean, after all the crap she went through, it'd be downright bizarre if she just walked in and suddenly owned the place.

And can we talk about PMY? Girl's nailing this role. That new hairstyle and her way of talking – total game-changer. Most characters would march in, guns blazing, to face their bullies, but not her. You can see the old her peeking through because of all the garbage she's been through. It's like, she's holding it together, but you know she's been through the wringer.

Seriously, can't wait for the next episodes. It's gonna be a wild ride, and I'm here for it!

Alright, folks, here's a fresh idea for all the drama enthusiasts out there. Instead of turning every comment section into a battlefield of which drama is better, how about this: rewatch your favorite dramas and drop your love there!

I get it, we all have our preferences, and that's cool. But flooding this comment section every time a new episode drops with the same "I like the other drama better" vibe is getting kinda old. I mean, do we need to call the drama police or throw a party for your preferences?

And hey, this concept isn't exactly breaking news. People have done it before, and they'll probably do it again. Sometimes, they even do it better than both these dramas combined. I get that you liked the other one too, but comparing apples and oranges doesn't really make sense.

So, how about we take the positivity route and shower our love on the pages of the dramas we adore? Spread the good vibes where they count! 🍿✨

« Stop associating that flop …»?? PMR was a flop?
PMR was successful internationally but in Korea it unfortunately didn't do well, that's what i have heard

Okay, so the first two episodes were way better than I expected. I'm really into the whole reincarnation or time travel genre for revenge, to be honest. But what I don't get is why some people in the comments are comparing this to another drama. And comments about the ML's appearance are just confusing. Like, he's good-looking and perfectly cast, so I don't get it.
The manhwa was a bit too fast for me, so I'm glad the show is taking its time to develop the characters and set up the revenge plot, which I'm sure will be awesome.

With this drama I can't help but comparing it to "perfect revenge marriage" since the plot is similar. What i…
Well, I think it's because they're two different characters with different personalities. In PRM, I thought she always had the guts to stand up for herself, but she realized she needed to take revenge on those who didn't like her or pretended to. But in this one, it's a whole different story. She has to approach it strategically, because if she went all out, it would seem like she's attacking them for no reason, especially since everyone thinks her best friend and boyfriend are amazing. She's playing it smart, which is a good move. Plus, the plot is completely different, even though both books involve reincarnation.
I think the male lead is just perfect. They focused on acting rather than popularity, which I think is awesome. And he's totally good-looking,

guys. what do you all think is xi wei, a red flag or green flag?
A blaring red flag and he's totally cool with it. I can totally picture him waving it around like a patriarch, and so is Jiang Xuening, lol.

Well, to be fair, they're both pretty messed up. I mean, I wouldn't expect anything less from them. They're just toxic to themselves and others. But you know what? That's probably why they work so well together. It's like they're this huge red flag, and I gotta admit, I kinda love it.

At this point, it's basically just like ALP. They didn't even bother trying anything new with it. It's kind of funny that Yuan Qi is going through the same thing as his parents, but it feels lazy to just recycle the old storyline with a few changes. One thing I liked about ALP was how creative they were with their storylines, even if it annoyed me sometimes. But with TLI, I'm just not getting that same vibe. But I gotta say, Lusi is great in it. She never disappoints, and her character is solid. But oh my god, every time she's around Yuan Qi, I'm screaming at him to just confess his feelings and move on like damn do these gods need therapy...
ps. this is not a hate on the show, i am more critical about xianxia for some reason and i expected more ig and as a fan of ALP i am a bit disappointed with the storyline.

Sure, i can agree with the statement you have made right now but calling YM names is just low. You can be a straightforward person without throwing insults

Yeah, I totally agree. Ancient Love Poetry had one of the sickest villains I've ever seen. I was always excited for her scenes because she was so evil and her motives were hella fascinating too.

Hey, whoa hold up! We don't do that name-calling and putting down other actresses here. Lusi is clearly popular for a reason - she's an amazing actor. And Yang Mi has one of the most dedicated fan bases in the industry. I can't believe I have to explain this, but comparing actors won't get you anywhere. If you don't like something, just move on or give constructive criticism like a mature adult instead of hurling insults at the actors.

I get what you're saying, but I don't think she's being typecasted. She's already a well-established actor, thanks to Love like the galaxy. I think that drama made her more versatile, along with Who rules the world where she shows a lot of maturity. But I think she enjoys picking cute roles and has a great time filming them. On the other hand, Bai Lu is another amazing actor. She's versatile and can adapt to any character she chooses. But what I really like is how her own analysis of her character makes her genuinely enjoyable to watch. It's hard to compare the two since they're at different levels of versatility.
I love both of them. both of them pick good scripts tho especially Bai Lu

Yeah, I wasn't really into hidden love because age differences aren't really my thing, but I guess I'll give this one a shot and see how it goes. So far, I'm enjoying it, but we'll see.

To be honest, Lusi got me hooked on comedy Historical dramas, so I kinda wanna check this one out. I've already seen the ancient love poetry and enjoyed it, so this is like a bonus since it's a sequel to the only xianxia drama I actually liked, plus it has one of my favorite actors in it.

I think it's just because I really like Lusi, but I find her acting super adorable. She's always been cute, but in this one, she's just so freaking adorable. I don't care what anyone says, she's already proven herself as a good actor. It wouldn't hurt for her to have some fun with her roles every now and then.

Yeah, I agree. I mean, for a big-budget drama like this, I was kinda hoping the hairstyles would be more modern, you know?
Also in all complete fairness, Zhang Linghe can pull off any hairstyle, that guy is seriously good-looking.

I reckon XZ looks good in both historical and modern dramas. Him, ZL, and Tian Xiwei are some of the actors I think suit both genres. Of course, they do look better in modern dramas, but I feel like it all comes down to their hairstyles and clothing choices. So, I understand what you mean.

I think that instead of going for the same old hairstyle, they should switch it up once in a while.
