Despite their frequent quarrels, whether big or small, the Shen mama and papa are yet another endearing couple~ Their relationship is so natural. (..◜ᴗ◝..)
In Episode 19, the caged peacock symbolises the Grand Princess's predicament. Both are beautiful and proud, yet neither possesses true freedom. The Grand Princess can obtain the finest things with just a word, and the peacock enjoys some privileges as a royal pet. However, despite her status and wealth, she cannot purchase genuine happiness or freedom.
The grand princess and Mr. Pei's "love story" is so interesting~ XD Cute! I just love how Mr. Pei would wriggle his way out of the princess's grasp~ lol
Cuz it's during a grand birthday 🤣I think their plan fell through when he decided to stay behind to k1ll Sui…
Exactly! That was one weak point.. His character was interesting in the beginning, but near the end, it was as if he was shoved into a corner and he just said "bye-bye, I'm off"...
When Xia Jing Shi keeps saying, grand plan, grand plan. I was expecting a GRAND plan. I was surprised to see the…
Cuz it's during a grand birthday 🤣 I think their plan fell through when he decided to stay behind to k1ll Sui Ge.. Lol his grand plan failed after just the first step.. I just wonder who else took the throne like they were just spoon-fed by these maniacs😅😆

(Finished watching just now) Well said~ I also don't get why they chose Xi Yang. Even if she hadn't gone down the wrong path before, with her current state, she should rest, and just do her princess things.. Ruling a country isn't some child's play. It would've been a bit acceptable with Cheng Yang still sitting on the throne with Sui Ge helping him, but Sui Ge is the best choice here. They've already given a lot of leeway to several characters. Can't think of any valid reason. Her using whatever wits she had during her stay in JinXiu was simply relying on survival instincts and her luck. If the emperor hadn't taken a liking to her, she wouldn't even be able to act the way she did, let alone move around freely. And she would constantly threaten Xia JIng Yan with HER life, cuz she knows he likes her and she's still useful to him.. Even if she was a quick-witted person, handing over political affairs to a broken person just to shift her attention is unreasonable at all...
Oh la la~ Finally finished! My heart's been tattered and plastered back together, and I now feel so full of many emotions. Just one word for [Fated Hearts]; masterpiece ✨ It was worth the long wait~ Now I can sleep well without worrying about the ending or more spoilers lol!

Ahahaha I can relate XD I mean, all three of them were 'rescued' by Xia Jing Shi, but only him stayed behind and blindly followed his master until the end..
I couldn't agree more! They rocked!! There was no flaw at all in their performances~ The episodes focusing on the veteran actors were what impressed me a lot. The crazy emperor also made us go crazy in love with his acting haha~

[Fated Hearts] is not just about romance. It's a lesson to be learnt! A huge lesson at that.
