I just can't handle their sweet and spicy relationship. Song Yi and Cheng Lei are so natural and endearing! Such talented actress and actor, should gain more recognition than they do now! Their portrayal of the characters are on point and not exaggerated nor underwhelming. I just CAN'T NOT love them!

Episode 21 is yet another captivating set up for the drama's upcoming events. The sentimental elements not only added to the tension, but also emphasized the close bond between the two love birds~ I was both sad and happy at the same time when Bei Ming exuberantly ran to Xue Man to tell her he's now fully cured, but only to realise his precious person was gone the next second. Although this was in his dream (or should I say, MORE SO), it shows how much he cares for her, and that she's the FIRST PERSON he wants to relay his good news to.If this is not love, then what is? :3

We now get more information about 'Ye Sha', and they are as secretive as they can be. Now I'm hooked! Come now, Bei Ming and Xue Ran, you'd be foolish to believe the words of a dying killer under the orders of Ye Sha. It's not that simple. Now a former minister is found dead after the failed attempt 3 years ago. Why would they act only now? It's still a mystery. On the other hand, our main leads have finally reconciled! What's more, Xue Ran properly apologized to her (former?) husband. Way to go, my girl~

Maybe it's because this is just the start, but somehow I'll have to watch on to see how it goes. For now, the episode was so-so. The male lead is extremely smart and has too much self-confidence to the point of being arrogant. However, I guess he will be humbled only after going through life-changing events.

Gyeon U and Seong A are so cute together! Seeing them together just brings me smiles~ But now the real drama starts as Gyeon U found out her secret. :'( It's actually nice that the story didn't drag on the "secret" plot.

This is another brilliant episode. The close up shots during autopsy scenes are realistic.. I love the collaboration between the two main leads and the trust they have (although they don't show). Most importantly, he's fallen for her and I'm sure he's so proud of Wan'er!

Chu Gui Hong, Nan Rui... OMG! Everyone's gaining their consciousness and realizing the time loop left and right. EEE! I got goosebumps while watching this episode! I'll borrow someone's phrase from the comment section here: "They're plotting against the plots." (I forgot the account name🥲) And I LOVE how they still add in some comedic skits into the scenes! 😆 Also, it's so endearing to watch Yi Meng helping her husband change into his war gear; no less than any of the kiss scenes. 🥰

I never even considered the fact that there could have been two royalties! After watching the Heavenly Way Society arc, I thought there were some inexplicable methods involved, but it turned out to be a simple hidden identity. Considering this fact, Yan Li is also legitimately in line to the throne like Yan Chi. I got goosebumps when the couple finally unravelled the truth; now everything clicked! This drama gives us such an unbelievably THRILLING TWIST✨💎✨

It's quite surprising to see the Duke (Qin Household head) values the lives of his people more than he does for the titles the Qins have earned over the years. [I've always thought he'd be one of those opportunistic people.]Prince Sui is such a bright child for his age. Even after witnessing his mother and brother's unfair deaths, this child still played his role well to avoid the emperor's attention. I'm curious to know to know how things will unfold as the drama approaches its end. . . .[P.S. The emperor is so fake, crying with crocodile tears. . . ]

1. A compatible marriage (crown prince couple)2. A chaotic marriage (Cheng Wang and his concubines)3. "Out of the blue" marriage (showed so little about them, and thus looks like a 'cut and paste' event; All good, cuz at least they're happy)4. The perfect marriage✨ (love, understanding and respect exist in their relationship~)It teared me up when Wan'er replied to Yan Chi's, "Thank you for putting up with me," with "All I've ever wanted was to build a home with you." Awwnn 🥹On to the politics plot, everything is escalating quickly, and the tables are turning. Several characters are showing their true colours one after another. What secrets do they keep?

Who spilt honey and sugar in this episode? Cuz it's giving butterflies in my stomach, and putting on a huge, crescent smile on my face the entire episode!!! Kyahh! Hong Ye and Xiao Yao's loveable interactions are melting my heart~ A Demon King with a soft heart, and a quirky human princess with a playful personality; they truly are a match made from heaven! ʚ♡⃛ɞ(ू•ᴗ•ू❁) ✧˖°॰

😭😭😭😭 Baby Zi Xiu (Taotie).. You waited for a thousand years for your dear friend, Jin Ge, to come see you again. It was short, but it was such an endearing moment watching Xiao Yao, Bing Zhu and Zi Xiu playing games so happily before Zi Xiu disappears... It also warms my heart to see Bing Zhu letting his inner child surface as he plays along with his 'younger siblings' (they look like brothers and sisters to me ^^ Love them so much)~ On the other hand, I feel bad for Dai Lu's end.. I understand she went down the wrong path due to her insecurities, but she still had Xiao Yao in her heart. We can see it through her eyes, and her reluctance to harm her friend. After all, she was just another naive and foolish little Flower Demon, who's never hurt a single soul before. Dai Lu's heart my have been tainted by dark forces during her stay at 'The Realm of Mist and Void', but I'm sure there's still a speck of light sparkling inside her heart....

This was a heartbreaking episode for me. Dear, Huang Yin, may you rest in peace... ૮◞ ‸ ◟ ა It's becoming more intense as Xiao Yao and the girls overcame the first stage of the 2nd trial. The second stage is where they must suppress their inner demons: Greed, Jealousy, Vanity, Sloth and Schadenfreude. It's yet another cruel game of survival, in which one must be sacrificed for the mass; utilitarianism (i.e. the justification of sacrificing a life for the greatest good for the greatest number of people, emphasizing on the outcomes (consequences).) This situation is something we always see in everyday life. This is a lesson. The episode tells us that every life matters, whatever the circumstance, and that we mustn't "tag a price" on anybody's lives. There's no one in this world who's worthless, and one's wealth & status doesn't always mean they're of higher significance.
