The masked man has finally revealed himself to Zang Hai 😶🌫. However, I still can't shake this feeling of unease. Is he truly helping Zang Hai out of duty and goodwill, considering everyone's interests? Or does he have other ulterior motives hidden behind that wooden mask? Why did he put on a disguise to show himself only now? I just hope he's an ultimate ally for our male lead with no concealed malice.On the other hand, it was yet another phenomenal episode. The 'Fortune Feast', as Zang Hai described, was like the calm before the storm. It was heartwarming, and Zang Hai undoubtedly felt like he was finally home, and that he had now another mission on his list - to protect this newfound family~🫂

Zang Hai now has the emperor's trust (proven with the golden sword/dagger he received). However, who knows how long that will last? Once he gets his hands on the Gui Seal again, will the emperor still be the same? After all, the parties involved in the search for the Gui Seal have their agendas, be it greed or otherwise.

They finally reconciled! And we got a wholesome scene between our two leads, too~ I'm happy for them!As for the third person, I wonder if he's someone close to Zang Hai (fully utilising Zang Hai for his goals before discarding him). I also do hope Zhi Xing doesn't become the 'monster' Zang Hai described he would be.

I felt so emotional watching the conversation between Antu and Zang Hai. The way Antu was pleading with Zang Hai to stop his revenge was so heartbreaking. We can see they have feelings for each other, yet Zang Hai still can't let go of his past feud. Well, how can he? Let's see how things unfold... On the other hand, the Dongxia Queen is not one to be underestimated~

Zang Hai finally got to face Zhuang Lu Yin with his true identity, Zhi Nu. This is just the start for him. However, revenge is not always sweet, it also has a bitter aftertaste, and Zang Hai already knows what he's gotten himself into. On the other hand, I hope the misunderstanding between Zang Hai and Antu gets resolved quickly. The poor girl has always sided with him despite his questionable persona and agendas.

Why do I feel like the emperor looks like a paper tiger 😅? He doesn't have the aura like Marquis Ping Jin (I've always mistaken him as a Duke :'3) and the head Eunuch. Those two old guys look more menacing and cunning, while the emperor looks less charismatic somehow...

Zang Hai's grand plan is about to unfold at the Duke's banquet, and before anything happens, he goes to see our female lead, young lady Xiang. For a busy person like him to meet a woman who's not related to any of his revenge plan means she holds a special place in his heart, no less. That forlorn look he gave while watching Xiang Antu do a sword dance, if that isn't affection, then what is? He's once again captivated by her, but he's bottling up his feelings for both of them. I wonder how heartbreaking it would be when he learns that the third person on his list - the DongXia hostage princess- is Antu😢. Although whatever she's doing is to keep Zang Hai safe, I doubt things will go smoothly between them in the coming episodes. I hope the misunderstandings will be solved quickly without dragging.Xiao Zhan's acting is top-notch! He speaks with his eyes~ As for Zhang Jing Yi, this is my first drama of her that I've watched, and I love her ^^~

This episode is yet another excellent instalment! The standout scene occurs during the court meeting, where all the ministers, except for the emperor, are present. Eunuch Cao, acting on behalf of the emperor, tries to corner Zang Hai, but his plans are interrupted by Duke Ping Jin. Little do they know that this situation is exactly what Zang Hai wanted. Way to go, Zang Hai!

The cunning prince, though 'obsessed' with erasing sinners with improper conduct, eventually fell victim to the evil ways himself. As I thought, the Society Leader... is HIM! I wasn't convinced that Ning Bu Yuan was the mastermind all along. Otherwise, it'd be too boring. I teared up when he asked, "Why did you kill my mother?"😓Pretty much every good character got their happy endings, while the opposite happened to the villains. The royal house cleaning is what enabled the new young ruler to start afresh without a better environment and people with good character.This is off-topic, but the best villains have the best face cards~ (人*´∀｀)｡*ﾟ✨Just look at YSZ in his white outfits and this hairdo... He looks mysteriously handsome with that eye covering too~ Kyaa

I had hoped they showed more of Yan Chi's father's scenes, not only from their few interactions, but also from his father's point of view. It isn't enough for me to accept his father's sudden death just from a few bits of him being extra harsh on Yan Chi, then showing how he secretly cared for his son behind the scenes, only AFTER he died. Why can't they reconcile while he's still alive😓!? They could've shown more of the father-son heart-to-heart talk while sipping on wine or something. I feel so sad for Yan Chi and his dad😢.[No wonder AvenueX said what she said... 😅]

Lady Xiang and Zang Hai have great chemistry, and their unique bond is interesting to watch 🤭 (I'm grinning from ear to ear). They have similar mindsets and their boat 'date' is truly memorable ✨. Both are lonely souls carrying huge burdens and deadly secrets, but still managed to click. I'm glad to see them warm up to each other after going through a few hurdles ☺️. Onto the revenge plotline, our Zang Hai has wowed us again with his wits and careful planning. Although we viewers might get a heart attack watching Zang Hai play with fire (well, obviously not for him)🥴🫠.
