Initially i came here after i watch up until ep 7 and wanted to comment how much i love this drama and both the…
It's a bit devisive at the moment. Don't let it disturb you. If you're liking the show so far then my advice is to continue watching. Don't let other commenters' opinions ruin the fun for you <3
Hi, i pretty much guessed you read my comment and i hold myself accountable when i say i exaggerated with the…
Hey <3
I wasn't referring to your comment. A few hours ago I got into a back-and-forth with another commenter who full on cursed out then blocked anyone who crituqued the FL's behavior-that included me and several others.
I can understand why you had a strong reaction to the OP you responded to originally. What they said was awful. While I do advocate calling out bad behavior, I abhore namecalling, smearing or bullying of any kind (referring to that OP). What that OP wrote was awful but I scrolled because I choose not to engage with anyone who posts in such a manner.
I truly didn't mean you. You thought I did; however, you still responded so nicely to me. Thank you for that. Truly. It shows the depth of your character.
I agree with everything you wrote to me.
Woman should be allowed to date and love freely. Men should be allowed to date and love freely. We all should. And bad behavior should be equally unecceptable to all.
Double standards are horrible and should be called out. Bad behavior is bad, no matter who does it.
Holding females to standards that are either above or below males does no one any favors. Either path is unacceptable and harmful to women...and, as a byproduct, to men and society as a whole as well.
True "equality" means exactly that.
I am frustrated with the FL and find her behavior to be bad form. Therefore, I expressed my point of view saying as much. That does not make me a woman hater or a misogynist. It makes me someone who is honest and expects accountability in a relationship. Playing "whataboutism" doesn't excuse my valid critique of the FL's behavior. I actually have called out ML's who've behaved badly before ( most recently in "As Beautiful as You") but, again, that should not matter to today's issue.
If you (the general "you", this is not aimed at any one person in particular) have a different pov on the issue, feel free to share. Present your argument in a clear, coherent fashion. But!! If you resort to name-calling that tells me that you have nothing of value to add to this conversation, and I will not bother replying to you.
No matter what our pov on this issue is, I think we can all agree that we watch these shows for entertainment and enjoyment. We come to MDL to interact with others who share our joy of watching. We are all free to hold and express different opinions. But kindness should be paramount. Please do not destroy the joy of watching these shows together by posting petty or hurtful words.
PREACH!!!!She basically saw him at a business dinner with a group of people which included the SFL who happens…
I've already forgotten the majority of the shows I've watched this year. Not for any one particular resaons, but just in general, they weren't too memorable.
The only two I remember are "Only for Love", where the FL does actually own up to her actions and the couple properly makes up. The other is "Hidden Love" which was just so sweet and healing and one of my all time favorites- both leads were pure sugar and none of them did anything to hurt the other.
Anyway, fingers crossed that we get to see some character growth in this show. Despite everything, the novel has a a special place in my heart so I'm still sincerely hoping that they revert to that story and at least let me see parts of it on the tv screen.
π€£ A child. ISTG if rii is above 12 or 13 I'll eat my phone π€£
Yup. Respectful debate is is a lost art.
I can see at least one breakup or at minimum a massive blowup coming our way. The FL is wishy-washy, their relationship is unstable, and the ML hasn't been firm enough in setting boundries for how far she can push him. With the way things are going, I'm not too optomisitic.
OTOH, I see people talking about a massive shift in the ep 12 preview? I haven't seen it, but it appears he might confess to her or something. If that happens, then maybe the FL will settle, which would make a breakup less likely.
Oh, sure, because criticizing a character who just so happens to be female is automatically misogyny, while critiquing…
LMAO this is hysterical. I needed the comedic relief after sufftering through today's episodes. I commented earlier that based on the comments I've seen thus far, the average age of viewers here appears to be 12 yo. I got a counterargument for 15 yo. Based on "rii" I think I'm closer to the mark. π€£
If I could figure out how to post gifs I'd post one of me banging my head against a wall or yeeting myself out the window in sheer frustration.
Please yell at me to get the heck off of MDL for the day; I'm actively losing brain cells at this point. π
"What do you think- we turn into werewolves?"
It made me laugh.
No, contraty to popular dramaland opinion, we do not lose all control during our period π π
I was all geared up for a perfect adaptation of the novel but this show is disappointing me (not discussing why, I'm too tired).
But I still want to see this trope in a way I like.
No cheating, no toxicity, no overblown jealousy.
Can anyone recommend a Chinese or Korean drama that fits the bill?
Don't let it disturb you.

The child has just learned that actions have consequences. Something tells me that rii wasn't liking the rant responses.
Gives me hope ngl LOL
Same. If they change the story that much and make them break up then I'm done.

Alternatively, feel free spew stupidity and get flattened in the replies by those who present logical, reasonable opinions.
Personally, both are making me laugh π€£
