You would probably be surprised at how often it actually happens in real life. As a nurse that worked in a hospital on a critical care unit, romance seems to blossom around stress and chaos, lol. It was a real life depiction of what happens except in the US it's not always as wholesome. I've seem some pretty raunchy stuff go down in empty offices and locker rooms even in stairwells. So this is nothing.

This is the part of the drama that makes me want to stop watching. He knew Wen Wan was up to no good and he let her slide. The minute she showed up he should have known she was still up to no good. This is probably where I will bow out gracefully. Evil, vindictive love triangles are not for me.

Whoever wrote this needs to be slapped. If this was his comeback role, he picked a pretty bad drama to do it with and a pretty bad co-star. Episode 8 ending makes absolutely no sense. I know he’s been waiting for her to say she loves him or whatever it is, but how do we just skip the face that the chairman killed the man you had him go look for? You know the chairman may be behind all of the deaths and crap. You didn’t even give him a chance to tell you. That old man should be on his way to the afterlife, but of course we have to drag the drama out to oblivion.smh really disappointed. The synopsis makes this drama sound so intriguing, but it’s really bad and I’m disappointed.

I’m trying y’all. I’m trying really hard, but the FL is annoying the shyt outta me. Everytime I think I might like it, she opens her mouth and ruins the mood.

not necessarily in regards to the relationship but the outside people. i can see how some people are gonna cause problems.

Still don’t know how I feel about this drama. Don’t know if I’ll last 24 episodes. The asian build up takes FOREVER! lol You know in western dramas and tv shows, she would have had him DAY 1. I can already see some tropey issues arising and not sure i want to subject myself to them, but I’ll make my judgement in a couple more episodes. 🤣

Not sure how I feel about this one. It’s giving me The Forbidden Marriage vibes without the comedy. I’m already upset that it only aires monday and tuesday, being only 20 episodes and then they have the nerve to drag out the main plot which from my experience means they are going to rush to the finish line at the end, The SFL has already irritated me. The best friend as the villain is not cool, if that’s what they are going for. I don’t know, haven’t decided if I’ll keep watching yet. Maybe once see how episode 3 goes, if they keep dragging it out and it’s not progressing this will be another one in the books for me.

I have no doubt, I’ve just never seen it. I’ve only seen toxic masculinity. It should be that way.

It’s so funny to me how they are cracking down on BL dramas, but most of the masculine friendships seem like BL to me. The amount of loyalty and the closeness makes you wonder. Definitely a cultural difference from the western world because in the US, most men are not that close nor that loyal they don’t have both and if they do it’s VERY rare. Love Mowen and Mr. Lan’s friendship as well as Zhang Ping and Chen Chou especially since there are not female leads except the QD.

It's so crazy how most storylines for fairies is that they are young and naive once they are reborn or born after 1000 years. However, naivety and stupidity are two totally different things. This female lead must have done something horrible in a previous life that she is drawn to these ruthless men that lie to her, use her and then kill her. I can't think of any other reason why she keeps meeting the same man with a different face. They all say they love her, they use her and then they kill her and no matter how many times she hears the truth she believes them anyway. And I'm sorry, I don't care how stupid she is, BY warned her about TH and she still went with him so she deserves whatever she gets. No one should be that desperate for companionship/ love that you have to waste however many lives you have to get it. Not in real life or dramaland
The dramas that have been coming out lately have really been a disappointment. The women are super clingy, stupid, naive, whatever you want to call it and the men are all obsessed. I don't know what message dramaland is trying to send to the world, but these tropes and plots are becoming annoying and redundant. Like they've run out of stories/ imagination. We can't just have happy endings or sweet revenge. It's apparent that for this season of dramas, the main theme will be obsession and it's sad because when one company sees that plot doing well, everyone jumps on board. Quarter one of dramaland is going to be a long one if this trend doesn't change.
I'm trying to hold on and watch it for LHY, but I'm not obsessed with actors. I can't torture myself for 20 - 30 episodes no matter how pretty they are to look at.

I'm having such a hard time sticking with this one. The holes in the plot are astronomical. The characters, besides the ML & FL are extremely annoying except when they are caught in a difficult situation then their faces give away everything. It's driving me crazy.
LM is a weak 2 or 3ML(whichever one he's supposed to be) to let TL manipulate his dumb self even if she is right, he doesn't know for sure. TL being obsessed with a man she saw once is ridiculous. Granted, he is very nice to look at but come on!
Everybody acting like the girl has been dead all these years instead of overseas and just resurrected from the grave to come and take over the company is even more ridiculous. I'm halfway through and I find myself FF through a lot of it.
FX and YS are just as annoying as bodyguards or whatever they're supposed to be. How do you just decide to let RM go thinking that they'll never see each other working in the same company? Morons! And I get RM is concerned about her friend but she's annoying AF. The character in general is annoying. If they were going for the cutesy, naive type of character, there were better ways to go about it. Besides! Didn't SM tell her that she had met her doppelganger the day they got into the accident? But she doesn't remember that...how convenient. IJS
So many issues...but! Watching the progression of the ML and FL's relationship keeps me going. Plus grandpa too. He's a cute old man and I feel like he knows some stuff and has some stuff up his sleeve.
People are having issues with the male lead falling for a girl that looks like his sister. I easily got past that because there is soooo much other stuff to focus on and be annoyed by. I'm sure, by the way he treated her in the beginning it was not his intention to fall for her. Life and death situations tend to bring about the most unlikely relationships though(speaking as a nurse that has seen it all too often believe it or not).
Gonna try and trudge through to the end. It's so hard having to look at FZX!  😂

I haven’t seen a story written so badly in quite a while. Episode one was an absolute disaster. I feel bad for Li Hongyi for having played this role. Budget and editing aside, the story makes no sense. Intentional and obvious evasion to drag the story out. I feel some of the plot insults my intelligence, be it a comedy or not. Who just wakes up from being dead making their own ridiculous stories up and if you’ve lost your memory how do you remember the plots to stories you’ve read? Makes no sense. I’m only here for Li Hongyi and that may not last too long.

I was intrigued by the plot, but the comedy is not my cup of tea. Not sure if I’ll keep watching this one which is sad because I was really looking forward to it.

I don’t think I can wait until next week. This drama should have been longer. I hope it has a decent ending.

They should have just ended it right here. Why do we even need to go on? FL has jumped to her own conclusions, the ED has killed the only parents he really knew. I say just end it here. Are we hoping for a happy ending for the ML and the FL at this point? I’m not. This drama was way too much for me, lol. The whole two husbands and then the war of the roses in the palace. It’s too much for me so I’m letting this one go. The emperor just made me so mad. Dude! Don’t call me bro. We’re not brothers. Sorry ain’t gone fix what your mother just did and you just stood by and watched. Now he has to go home and try to explain what was going on to SM. I don’t even want to go through that.

episode 33 felt way to short., but so good!

I am always so torn over these type of dramas. The ML or FL forsaking their happiness for the safety of their beloved. I get it, but I’m always in the background screaming you got what you wanted why are you mad or why don’t you just tell them and stop with all of the misunderstandings. I’m so mad at SM right now. Like how do you not realize yet that he still loves you? You keep finding out what he’s done for you and your family and you still believe that he doesn’t love you? You still can’t see what’s going on? AND!! Your father has already told you about the longtime beef between your mother and the empress dowagers family and now, she just so happened to grand her niece a wedding with PYZ. Like come on!!. She’s not young and silly like most of the FL in recent dramas, but she is definitely blind and crazy. 30 episodes of this is way too much because it’s nothing like LLTG. The story line is different with all the ex-husbands and stuff, but I’m so tired of these ridiculous misunderstandings that drag these dramas to mercury just for the sake of having more episodes.
I think Riley Wang is adorable, but this character he is playing is very annoying. She should have pushed him in the water when he was drunk so he could drown. 🤣 IJS!

These dramas are going to e the death of me. My poor little heart can’ take it. The emperor is crazy, the empress is crazy and XD has lost his mind too. He has no F’s left to give about none of them if it ain’t his YL. I can’t wait to see how this drama ends. I hope it’s not a sad ending.
