When an elderly is no more it's like a library burning.
They are no more but when sadness fills my mind, I think of them and by magic everything is clearer.

Spend as much time as possible with them either in person or on the phone. Care about their health. Ask them if they are happy. Bring them joy. Be gentle and funny with them. Make them laugh a lot (good for the lungs). For your family reunions, cook for them. Ask your parents their recipes and write them down in a book (those are like indelible footprints). Massage their hands to imprint them deeper in your soul. You feel them now and when they are nomore you'll feel that they walk hand in hand with you.

I love witnessing elderly couples walking side by side even a single elderly. They are precious. I'm always attentive when they walk down the pavement and walk behind them from a distance...just in case. They are survivors.

6 months after my mother's death at age almost 90, my dad passed away.
My father could never get away when he had an argument with her otherwise no s*xe. They still made to 8 healthy children. They told us that when we were adult. They never have an argument in front of us. My father was too proud to lose an argument.

This mother script has two sided effects and in this century I wonder how it is view in China.

This woman has no back bone. Her personal life is a failure.

Women of her generation work hard and are cultivated. As for her, she is the mirror of her husband. She is a lamb ready to accept her fate without fighting back.

This mother does not bring moral and psychological support to her daughter. On the contrary, she is the megaphone of her husband and abuses Mi Yue's financial resources.

She gave the best to the other daughter as for Mi Yue, she grew up on "crumbs".

Please people think a little outside the box and ask yourself if she is really a mother figure. Ask yourself if you would like to have a mother like that.

Pushing her own daughter into the first wealthy men's arms is disgusting. She bases her loving her daughter on the assumption that men are attracted to her daughter instead of asking herself if her daughter has a man in her heart and if she would be safe with that man.

To me, Mi Yue's mother has the attitude of a pimps.

But it is Cdramaland and the script will find a way to insert through a crack in a wall a Confucius family rule in order to redeem her. I am waiting forward to that joke.

My mother had 8 healthy children from the same man. We were all born at home and the midwife was my grandmother. These generations of women had no fear. My mother opened her own business, not a family business but her own with one helper to start with. She had an elementary education only but could not satiate her appetite for books. She never read a novel "boring stories she used to say" but books on politics, sociology, history. She never waited on her man. He was the one looking up at her. And we, the 8 of us, were the one holding her and reversely.

The step father and his daughter are selfish jerks.

O.M.G these two similar band aids will drive Ji Feng crazy. The wake-up call will be drastic. It's an indicative detail to drive him up the wall, lose control, go nuts, go insane. And the delusional third wheel Jiang Zhi Chun,...in the gutter.

What I like about you is your openess in regards to other's interactions. It's not easy to sit calmly and read carefully without snaping in return at other's sometimes weird comments. Sketching one's ideas on paper help understand better our own view point then empathize with the other's response (doesn't mean accept blindly like written words in the Bible).

I've learnt the hard way that reality doesn't exist. Reality is an illusion that one creates in accordance to what the poweful ones impose on us. So are born misunderstandings and deceptions. My misunderstanding is the other's reality. One choses a type of fish to catch, accordingly where to fish that "precious" type as all fishes do not evolve in the same water. And the deception is to realize that that precious fish doesn't appeal to you anymore because the other fisherman sitting next to you caught the same type but not only one and bigger and more appetizing with a net as that...not a fishing rod.

Found it. Thanks but no thanks I won't undo my spoiler. It has been read and will be read should readers curiosity arises. I don't care of how many people read it or will read it as I am not looking for acknowledgement on my view point. Because I believe in freedom of speech even if readers throw stones at me, I would not block anyone for their criticism. Just noticed how much this subject is dear to you by dedication to that article. To me it is a splash in still water. My few words on that subject have already taken too much of my precious time. It is up to the entertainment industry their fans including me to bring forth the pros and cons. At the end of the day, every one follows our path. It's human. Different backgrounds, beliefs, desires, values, expectations. As a thinker, who am I to convince others. I know for a fact that somewhere in their left brain something has rang the bell. I don't think that fans would take any attention and would willingly wake up their left brain. I'm no preacher. They are adults enough to make their own decisions at their own pace. They were backed up by their surroundings. So be it. Society has already indoctrinated them into being lambs and follow trends. Unless they are kept in closed doors to be braincleaned off their social beliefs. If they can't read even between the unwritten lines why should I take the blame for ? The ones that should be blamed are the film industry and these actors/actresses. Those are the one that fill in their pockets by their supporting fans. No one is cruel to the actors/actresses. They are no victims. They are consenting adults whom have contractual agreements with brands and their personal managers. They are legally supported from all sides and by their fans.

The design is exquisite. It is just on the South border of the Gobi desert not far from Beijing. The huge solar plants are also developped in that region. It is fascinating to view little lakes of water. Cdramaland offer me the opportunity to travel through its lenses. I happen to take "tours" of China through the CCTV channel. Thank you once more.

Thank you. It took me over 10 minutes to make a "tour" of some pictures. Sceneries are heavenly designed. It is arts simple as that. I would sleep standing in fear to mess up the rooms. Open spas or more intimate ones. I cannot believe that this place exists. and the night sky ! I can almost hear the Mongolians throat music with the tuvan instrument I am so fond of.

Forgot to add, also the setting could be about in the Gobi desert. I don't think for this type of Cdrama they would relocate the crew in India just for a few shots of the scenery.

Somewhere in the Middle East. All the employees in that hotel appear to me more indian people. Do you remember the ladies standing in their sari at the main entrance and the butlers pushing the luggages and the voices and accent in the background. I might be wrong. From what I remember of Wallace Chung, he tends to mix races in his choice of dramas.

You ease my mind. Every tme I talk about cows especially the ones I had contact with and every time I explain the similiraty to horses, people look at me as if I were an alien.

My parents have taught us not to take for granted all that is offered to us such as the system education is biased to reduce the population to lambs, religions is biased to diminish our own selfpower and discriminate races, banking system is biased to money laundry our hard work and destroy our peers, some read carefully SOME intellectuals-artits-politicians-congregation representatives are biased to built their own mansions while abusing women and children. My parents guided us without discrimination as long as at the end of all this we have no regrets. They were quite naive although amazing parents. Because unfortunately, we are not really loners as deception is awaiting to appear at the time one doesn't expect. Humans are humans after all. So regrets can be turned into experiences not to be repeated if possible. Life is amazing as at the end of the day nothing stops the Earth to do its round.
