I think you misunderstood the whole thing, so let me clarify.
I asked previous poster what was the issue (as I was not aware - and I have not done any deep dive, so I am not going to argue what the "internet" was talking about), was told that people were criticizing Dunk's acting and GMM decided to take legal actions about that. I wrote that having opinion about somebody's ACTING is not a crime (=in such situation it's lawfare and not actually justice) but if people were making false accusations (like if somebody was claiming that his behaviour on set was that and that - which is not true), then it makes sense to take legal action about it makes sense.
Let me repeat the sentence and make it clearer:
If people we making up stories about him - then legal actions have some merit (=false accusations are bad) but having an opinion [about his acting]?(=lawsuit for criticism of his acting is bad)

Where was I (cyber) bullying anybody? 🙄 Is it forbidden to criticise actor's acting? Am I only allowed to say/write it once? You might not agree with my opinion and that is fine. I however was not attacking anybody and was respectful of others opinions.
You like Off's acting - great + there are others who share your opinion. You find Fluke's acting good - fantastic 👏. I don't have to share anybody's opinion (and neither do you).
Does one have to be acting coach to have in your opinion valid negative opinion about an actor but to have positive - not mandatory? Logic 💯
Perhaps take a few deep breath before writing - it usually helps people calm down.

For me Fluke was just so bland (in Not Me and Be My Favourite) and I remember him only having 1 expression but others saw it differently. So good for him and I hope that JessFluke is going to be great 🤞

I am in the camp: his acting needs improving and director has a big role in that as well (I am not fan of Off but he was much better than unusually in Not Me), so it's not just Dunk's problem, however he should have the biggest motivation to better himself.
Perhaps part of the problem is not only genre but partner as well (I am not claiming that Joong is problematic here but perhaps he would get better chemistry with somebody else? 🤷‍♀️)? IMO FlukeFirst (Not Me) was so-so but FirstKhao is 🔥 (even when they were not exactly together like in Midnight Chicken).

I think people who are criticizing him are mostly commenting that his acting skills needs improving (which I agree with) - acting is his job, so improvement is his business. Good director can make a difference and I hope it happens here (I am not expecting him to be on FirstKhao or Gun's level but at least I would like to be able enjoy his parts).
However if you saw some baseless bashing then I agree with you - it should not happen.

I read it so many years ago (after watching the movie + in my country only 1 or 2 of Shakespeare's works are in curriculum) that I forgot about others - it just left me with bad impression of what he was doing to Kat (she was too modern for those times, so I get why she was considered shrew) - if I remember correctly he was sleep-depaving her (so basically a torture).

How similar can it be, though? (I liked the movie but the play 🫤 she was not an angel but that doesn't excuse abuse).
I think that only the taming of Joong by Dunk (as in trailer it seems like Khao is going to be quite proactive, Ray like 🤭).

I honestly no longer remember if they were different. I just wasn't swept by him and perhaps haven't paid enough attention to him.
Honestly even First was not as noticeable to me in Not Me - his new pairing with Khao made him skyrocket in my opinion as they have great chemistry. Perhaps if Fluke gets paired with somebody with whom he gets it as well, I might become a fan.

It's fine - it's hard to convey emotions in text (even with emotions) and I think your "confrontation level" with me was not at any high/alarming level (I had some quite heated replies in my long, long life 😉 on this platform).

You have right to your opinion and it might be shared by most, I don't know.
For me in both he had this constantly pained expression (perhaps it got better in later EPs 🤷‍♀️). I saw comments agreeing with me but if you see him differently then good for him.

I think that Ohm (Untill We Meet Again) and Fluke (Not Me/My Favourite) have similar issue as Dunk. One expression + looks.
I also think that Off is overrated and he is not on Gun's level but he was much better in Not Me, so if director+screenwriters of this series step up they might make him watchable 🤞

Star in my Mind (SimM) was a let down and I liked Sky in your Heart (SiyH)! I was wondering if SimM might not have decreased SiyH viewership because after such start who would have expected something better from "sequel"?

For me they never were close to my favourites (even For ebook are higher) and that it since Star in my mind (I couldn't finish Hidden Agenda 😮‍💨).
The funniest is that it's Joong, who is here Khao's older brother, is 3 years younger. Is Khao Angeles seductor? 🤭
What we can count on is chemistry between FirstKhao 🔥 and if they add good script + "level up" JoongDunk (a good director definitely can do it - I am not a fan of Off but his work in Not Me was much better than his previous ones... and Cooking Crush as well) it might be one of GMMTV bests (perhaps even Thai/BL best) 🤞.

I think it was recorded not long after Only Friends, so perhaps they used the same wardrobe to save money. Trailers and finished product differ, so let's hope (then again First's character is definitely not going to be wearing any suits 🤭).

I like it as well - it's quite funny and here we have a new BL thorpe: "love from the 1st kick in the ⚽⚽" 🤭 (or perhaps we are going to later find out later that Phum used this as an excuse and he had crush on Preem for a long time...🤔).
QToey scene in the bar with seniors reminded me about Love with Flaws (if you haven't seen it then search for it's BL cut - there are 4 parts and each 20 min long, if I remember correctly). Toey was offer a lift and I literally saw the scene of Park Do Wook asking Ho Dol if he wanted to go to his place. I wish they did it similarly to Love with Flaws as it was so funny (poor Mr. Park - always but of joke 🤭).

Korean BL realy should do workshops for kissing/intimacy. I am not saying that I want them eating each others tongues or something like KinnPorshe/Bed Friends but this kiss was a small step up from Colour Rush (dead 🐟 kiss). I get older step-bro - he was not expecting it but younger was clearly pent up with desire (and considering number of GFs he had, I bet he had at least some experience with kissing).
Overall I like the series and want last EP now!

If I remember correctly they recently said that they wanted to take part in rom-com (I think First said that he wants to be the rich one, who throws money on his problems 🤭) as they had enough dark themed series.
However I am definitely not complaining - I would be actually worried if it was a rom-com, especially considering some of GMM TV "treasures" (*cough*Cooking Crush*cough* even Gun could not save that 😮‍💨).
