You just gave me the answer, that, only romance fans liked this more and were ignorant about the whole plot and loopholes.

It boils down to fantasies people have and void that it’s filling on their part.

This drama wasn’t coherent and the plot didn’t synchronise.

That doesn’t change the fact.

Most of us here criticizsing this high rating are also international, there are a lot of loopholes for this drama to be rated this high.

I won’t even touch Netflix part as it has no credibility. And most masterpieces are not on Netflix to compare with.

Maybe it has ignorant fans.

I stopped watching and repeated The Rebel Princess.

I think it’s famous because of people’s personal fantasies or romance nothing.

People who go beyond and above didn’t even notice potholes.

A lot of people got confused by the plot and could not link certain relationships. The political part of it went over people’s heads (but I don’t blame them).

Then they introduced feminism, I don’t even wanna get to that part.

If there was no other negative impacting issues surrounding the show and the ML, I would give them a benefit of the doubt.

You need to understand that things don’t work in isolation or vacuum.

Where the drama matters most (which is china) is the reason they need to do damage control.

They also need to answer to the investors. I believe I’m correct in my assessment.
