Nope. No BL in this series. Shouldn't trust those pics and clips that are presented without context.
Thanks, this is a more constructive response and not assuming with dismissive intent.
I’ll take that.
Let’s always try to engage positively because we don’t always know the other person at the end of these comments, and can never know their true purpose, unless they show it.
I can assure you with absolute certainty, there is NO romance going on between ML and the emperor. 😂😂😂…
It is a sorrow of our times that we can no longer engage in objective debate or enquiry without the brainwashed rushing to name calling, branding others as “trolls.” I know that in calling such people brainwashed I place myself partly among them, yet truth must sometimes be spoken even when it cuts both ways.
You could have simply acknowledged my follow-up, offered in good faith to seek clarity about the scenes and the actor’s own words on ambiguity. Instead, the impulse is to silence, to dismiss, to reduce a differing voice to a caricature.
And so we arrive at a place where questions are no longer welcome, where enquiry is treated as provocation, and where the fear of being labelled outweighs the pursuit of truth. What greater pity than this, that the chorus of voices is narrowed, that dissent is stifled, and that honest curiosity is met not with dialogue but with derision.
Must we now accept that to ask, to probe, to seek understanding is forbidden, for the risk of being cast aside with that tired word, “troll”? If so, then the marketplace of ideas is diminished, and the spirit of discourse itself lies silenced beneath the weight of conformity.

Mmmh! I posted it here, of course, to seek confirmation from those who have seen the scenes, so they might validate or refute the claims. That way, I avoid watching something I cannot believe in, even in subtle ways.
From the responses you shared, I found a contradiction with what the actor himself said about the ambiguous relationship he has with the emperor a relationship that could mean many things, including what the snippets suggest.
So, I suppose this is where the saying applies: to each their own.

“ i just remembered how ding yuxi described zhao ling and the emperor as two clever young foxes going up against a group of old foxes, competing with them in wit and strategy. he also said he felt like things between the two of them became way too ambiguous later on?” https://x.com/tianguangs/status/2091189688065527878?s=20
In that state of mind, it appears you have concluded that something is wrong with me.
Do you need a hug?
To those who’ve been watching, is it good?
A few kisses and skinship here and there gets the hype.
Do you know if I have watched yet or not? Or how far I have?
Have a good day❤️
