In this case, the victims had no reason not to speak out until now, other than to take advantage of the fact that Kim Jisoo is now famous. As someone who has been bullied in middle school, 13 years is a long time. You learn to come to terms with it. Not necessarily forgive, but accept it as part of your past and move on.

Excellent article! Run on was such an outstanding show. It’s greatest strength was it’s character development. The characters of Ki Seon Gyeom and Oh Mi Joo were rather unconventional but multidimensional and very likeable. In fact Oh Mi Joo has become one of my all time favourite female characters. I hope we can see more stories like this going forward. Also love that you gave a shout-out to The Wolf, this was one of my most favourite dramas seen in recent months.

PSH has done a number of dramas that have become classics so it makes sense she would be one of the top. She was one of the first actresses I saw in Kdramas. The rest of the list seems about right. The most popular ones and certainly some of my own favourites are on the list.

Great article about a great show. First time watch Im Shi Wan so I don’t know if this is just how he is or if it’s just the way he plays the role but I really like Ki Seon Gyeom. He’s soft spoken and sensitive, traits we don’t see very often. As for Oh Mi Joo, I love her. She’s so confident, respects herself and doesn’t put up with any kind of abuse. My only wish is to see more development of the relationship between the leads. It’s getting to be a bit boring. Second pair is better in that sense although I don’t really like Seo Dan Ah.

A life lost is never a good thing. But some people get more than they deserve so no love lost if they’re gone of their own choosing.

Happy to see LJW but would prefer a different FL. Never really liked her in any of her roles.

The Wolf. I'm still not over that drama

Didn’t make the connection until just now. To be fair, said person is only 10 years older than Kai. Parents probably didn’t know of him back then.

A Piece of Your Mind was pleasant. It fit the mood I was in at the time. Girls' Generation 1979, I tried my best to like but it just didn’t suit my taste. The only thing I liked was that they talked in saturi which I find pleasant to hear.

So glad someone else agrees. Darren Wang really nailed his role. Joo Won was also excellent. They’re both so talented but don’t get enough attention.

What a unique topic! Apparently I favor purple themed dramas since I’ve watched most of the dramas you listed. The Korean ones at least. Really looking forward to She Would Never Know. I liked Won Jin Ah in JBL but not her last drama. Hopefully this one will be better. I like both leads.

I watched for Xiao Zhan but ended up liking Darren Wang more. Not necessary you’ll get SLS. The leads have great chemistry.

I’m glad I wasn’t the only one. Also I couldn’t stand the fuzz on XZ’s upper lip. Either give him a moustache or keep him clean shaven. In between looks awful.

Second Lee Jae Wook. He shines in every role he does.
