And while that's cute and all... Just not enough ^^

They've just... Completely lost focus.
Like at this point what is the storyline? Stuff seems to simply happen for the sake of it. I was so excited for the competition being an emotional boiling point but... Nothing.

Also they robbed us of a beautiful emotional getting together moment. That feels homophobic-

Wayo is also way broader here in terms of wide shoulders and frame than Pha is. I think it's nice, twisting expectations in a way ^^

Tincan has an open ending and the other one... Kind of does? But it's a very toxic relationship so I wouldn't count that.
The cute straight couple does!

So... Not all of them. If that's something that's very important to you then I wouldn't recommend Love by Chance.

But the main couple has a pretty solid relationship and a happy ending :)

As for the side couples one of them has more of an open ending than a sad one I would say. But the character and story development is really nice nonetheless.

The other one... Is a couple I would skip all scenes when it comes to Techno and Kla. They're toxic, obsessive from one side and generally it's just disgusting ngl

Season 2 isn't technically 2 because the storyline here gets destroyed and its like all this never happened. Its a complete new timeline.
So you can watch this freely without worrying about the next season.

The fans don't really acknowledge the next season in general because... Well... It's... Not very good.

But watch this, it's worth it~

The 4th episode definitely threw me in a loop I wasn't expecting. A sudden falling out in not even five minutes with no real tension build up? Not a fan.
They should have made the competition the big subject of this episode. On one hand it could be easy money for Bada, sure it's by his Ex but money is money. From Tommy's perspective. Bada could hesitate but maybe agree in the end for the money. Boom new plot that actually makes sense AND could be used for drama.
I thought they would use the potential fighting about the competition cause it could be very intersting. But nothing really happened. One damn sentence isn't a fight.

And the reporter thing... Come on that was fucking weak writing. Don't use cheap sudden plot elements just to build tension.

It's soft and sweet and definitely a show that grows on you. They start off with no noticeable chemistry but get stronger and better the further the story goes.

If you need a short, warm comfort show with no drama I would definitely recommend this~

One setting, small set of characters, no real depth yet but the story itself just started, a clear goal in the storyline, nice camera work and well fitting colours, fashion department did their best... Make up department probably lost a bet or was ill.

So far it's a smol but cute story. I personally do feel chemistry between the leads but they've barely been on screen together so too much would be weird as well.
We'll see what the next episodes bring.

I totally get that. But naturally huge chunks of plot and subtle plot gets lost. So I think it would have been better if they focused on making the first season in school the best they could instead of cramming everything in and losing plot and character depth

You know it's a good story when 'old mc donalds had a farm' plays in the background-

My personal point still is: they should have let the whole season be set in school. No cramping University in too, it's too much jumping. We just established them barely in school and now they're already leaving.
Then season two could have been just University.

I already struggle with understanding how the main couple even got together? Like there was barely any screentime dedicated to showcase how they got closer. It just... Happened because plot I guess?
It started out so strong and so good but any direct storyline got lost in the third episode. The production, colours and camera work is good, nothing in that area is lacking in my opinion!
