The one where he is a father suddenly? LOL I started it with Bi, but the first episode was a bit weird (just like Odagiri) but I put it on hold because in Japan, after Kimmy and Takeshi Odagiri is my favorite actor I have seen many things with him :3
I really like him.
The actor that plays Kakuma is another actor I like and think he is very handsome, he was in Boku to Star something something with Kim Tae Hee. He was also in Strawberry Nights.
Well here is my next question, because Odagiri appeared in the first episode as a kid, so he is important, he is just not part of the story at this moment. He will marry Yae.
My question is, is Yae going to be romantically involved with anyone during these 26 episodes?

So I finished Nameless Gangster this morning. I really liked it. I'm not too big on gangster movies, I was surprised I liked A Bittersweet Life as I much as I do, but Nameless Gangster is another one I have to add to the bunch. I gave it an 8 since I thought it was very good. I was tempted to give it a 9. But Im not sure what is holding me back. On the other hand, I do know that after learning of your reasons for being very selective with your 10s, I went ahead and re-rated almost all my films and dramas, because after a while you think about it and you ask yourself: what the hell was I thinking? LOL.
Our Han-ssi was really good as always. I can't ever find a flaw in him, but the main actor I thought was amazing. I have never seen him before, I don't think. Good acting overall, good film. Thanks for recommending.

Title 577 Project
Yesterday, I was thinking of what kind of drama would I watch next. Then, I imagined a drama where in the actors…
It was a movie/documentary made by Ha Jeong Woo as a promise after having received two consecutive best actor awards for two of his films.

I havent finished the movie, I had to go to sleep, it was late. And no, I meant, I had to stop the movie because I needed to fold clothes but got lost looking at the trailer of Fiction Love lol. I do like the movie so far, it has a feel of the Hollywood from the 80s or early 90s. I like it so far... I have to finish it. My day has been crazy -_-

Of course, not only the director makes the actor, and I think if the actor is horrible at acting it can only get decent with a good director, and a good script. Also, I know great actors are good no matter how bad the director is, but it all comes hand on hand like you said, script, directing, acting.

I really think is a matter of in which drama you watched the actor first. I think Gong has a taste for cutesy rom-coms, and picks her characters from there, but I have seen her in plenty of mature characters and most prior to the cutesy ones, so I don't relate her to a child like actress. Maybe I'm under an illusion with her because of how she amazingly interpreted Lee Young Shin in Thank You. And it is this what has made me think of her acting in a positive way, the fact that she can play any kind of role, and do it well, whether I like the character or not, she still delivers.

The movie, if nothing else, is hilarious. Truly.
Its called: Fiction Love.

So Jisub did good in We Are Dating Now. I thought he was pretty cool there, also in Thousand Years of Love or something like it, and he did really good in What Happened in Bali.
Actors are lead by directors, I'm sure you know this. So where there is a good director, there will be good acting. It would have to be a really bad, bad, actor to not do good. But in So Jisub's case I have to think that something messed him up along the way. He is just not doing good at all. I cannot connect to any of his latest roles. Bah.

I'm still watching Nameless Gangster, but I do have to fold my clothes =___=
So I came here to check if I had messages, Im so restless on my days off I kill time just checking pages over and over again. GAH. I hate it.

Hehehe I knew what you meant about the cake comment.
I think part of liking an actor, aside from his/her skills, is the first time you come about him/her.

For Gong Hyo Jin, I first saw her in the drama Thank You with Jang Hyuk. She plays the mother of the girl and Jang's love interest. I cannot tell you how much I liked her, you would have to watch the drama and form an opinion for yourself. I have to say that wide eyes fluffy dumb female leads are the writer's fault, these sisters that write these types of dramas, all have dumb females. So Gong really had nothing good to work with, although why she likes to play such characters beats me... she has played other characters that have been wonderful. But my defense on her part ends here. I do like her for many reasons other than her acting.

I prefer crime, psychological thrillers like (The Chaser) ill-fated love but not overly dramatic that I will be crying every second. Melodrama when done a la Golden Empire. Have you seen this drama? It.Is.Awesome.
Nway... I like comedy but I have to be in the mood for rom-coms, especially from Korea. They are too corny, and cute. I don't like fluffy stories. The only fluffiness I practice is with my love. (my real love) LOL.

As for fluffy I have been watching two fluffy horrors: Master's Sun and Who Are You.
MS is... not good. But I love the lead actress. My favorite Korean actress. Im not displeased by So Jisob's physical appearance, but he has been disappointing me with his acting lately. He was good in his early dramas... what happened? I wonder.
Who Are You is more to my liking although the acting is not good. I guess I cannot have my cake and eat it too.

"I did notice that you added a bunch of shows that I gave 10s" brought a smile to my face, because I did stalk your list and added the ones that interest me from the bunch, very tiny bunch of 10s you have.

"I also notice you have some other great shows on your list that you must watch ASAP!!! :)" this cracked me up... total roll on the floor-burst out-laughing scene.

Orange Days I have heard good things from. And one of the actors is a fav, so I have been going around it for a while now. Nameless Gangster I will get ready to watch RIGHT NOW!! I mean it. I have been meaning to watch it, and today is my day off, but I was caught up in things I needed to get done *sigh* none had to do with cleaning my house which is a must do as of like three weeks ago?? LOL. Im terrible. But now F the cleaning... ill be watching my Han-ssi <3

I like Oguri so RMPW wont be a problem to start ^ ^

Yeo Jin Goo was in A Tree With Deep Roots and his acting there was amazing. Even more than in the Moon drama, his role was also more complex and the kid (that's what he was then) did a wonderful job there. I noticed him in Tazza, playing (as well) a younger Jang Hyuk.

I hardly remember anything about the movie anymore, but I do remember feeling bored to death with it. So I have no clue. I loved 3 Iron, which others have found boring, I was captivated by Dream, and still thought he was trying to hard for an artsy film, but then again, it was my first time watching Kim's movies. I did like the soundtrack, the acting, and the basic story line, but I still cannot get the message...eh, a little help. When you watch it, let me know.
I have to say out of the four, 3 Iron, and Time are the ones that spoke to me the most.

Ahhhh My Mr Ha! I love him too... but we can share ;)
I was going to say this: forget 3 Iron, we have Kimmy (kimura) to discuss... we have tons in common. ;D
And I'm sure something else was added but I cannot remember it now... shoot me. lol.

How is this show similar to Royal family? Cause I loved Royal family, should I watch this? & I love Go soo's…
It is in the sense that there is a lot of political conspiracy among the family, and very little romance story. But in my opinion this drama tops Royal Family and I gave RF a 10 if I remember right.
