I barely ever comment anything on MDL, but I just had to leave this here before the storm after the last episode…
Tong - he didn't have much of a role in TharnType - he was a brother, but when I first saw him, there was something about him. I couldn't speak what it was. I just knew he was very talented. I just knew it. He was literally born to play Tankhun Theerapanyakul, and he dug deep, and did his best. Khun is my favorite character.
That's how I feel about Saint - he messed up Why R U? for me. Zee is my baby, and Saint just wasn't doing it for me. I know I'm in the small minority, but that's my feelings, on god. ππ
Gun could have played Tutor, and that would have been perfect. I would have been able to understand when Fighter was on the floor, crying, begging. But Saint? No. I keep shaking my head "THIS dude has you falling apart????" Come on, now!
I love this show, I really do. But I just, I hate cousin relationships. I come from a South Asian background,…
They're not blood. Korn's sister was adopted.
It's okay to feel uncomfortable with blood first cousins. While it is legal and accepted in many countries, it's still shunned in some cultures. Some are okay with it. Others are not.
I'm Black, and from the US. Most of us consider first cousins as the next step down from brother and sister - we don't date/fuck/marry our first cousins.
I have male first cousins, and theyre good looking...and that's the end of it. They are off limits.
I took TODAY off, so I can mentally prepare for tomorrow. Really and truly. I need Kinn and Porsche to have an epic last fuck, one that will put me to "sleep" till season 2. Kinn riding Porsche ππ
I feel like somebody is going to die in the war between the families - I'm preparing for it to be Yok. I hope not. πππ
Wonderful movie...the soundtrack took my breath away. I cried like a baby.
Is it truly "better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all?"
That's the question. It's about loving and losing. It's about things we should have said/done, but didn't. It's about pursuing your dreams and trying to make your mark, and the costs...what you give up. Can we truly have it all? It's about appreciating your parents, AFTER they're gone - wishing you had been more patient and kind. Lot of emotions.
Sometimes people just don't end up together, and it's painful when the love is still there, despite the passage of time.
Make sure you watch till the very end of the credits. π
Is it only me or is it really uncomfortable the way some people are waiting for barcode to turn 18 so that they…
Not to get too deep into another "age of consent" discussion, but folks are voicing their sexual fantasies about him already, and they would be if he was 15. That "We're waiting until he's 18" announcement is for who, exactly?
So to keep your sanity, avoid the comments. That's what I do.
So, first of, I did not try to compare it to a certain other mafia bl, because I knew it wouldn't be fair. Secondly,…
I just watched the trailer, and the first thing I said was, "The actor playing the mafia guy looks like he's better suited for a school setting storyline - typical Thai bl. Wrong actor for Kamol. He doesn't have the presence/stature/look to pull off "mafia boss". I kept smiling, and trust that was not the response I should have had.
As far as the BDSM, I think sometimes these actors bite off more than they can chew. They don't have the acting skill, the understanding of the role, nor the comfort level to tackle sexual kinks. They often struggle with just kissing. I don't know how they cast for these parts. Perhaps it's about availability .
The "thirst" was missing from the trailer. It was underwhelming.
Thailand is a Bl machine..and in many instances it's about quantity over quality, and while that would have been okay pre-KinnPorsche, it's going to be more difficult to overlook now, at least for me.
As far as KinnPorsche comparisons? That's inevitable, because it's still fresh in our minds, and it was so different than what we're used to - acting, directing, cinematography.
While I don't expect every Thai BL to be on that level, I do expect attention to detail, when it comes to casting and directing. If this is a story about sexual obsession with a BDSM kink, then that's what I want to see. I want expert casting, and actors who understand the role and are willing and able to deliver - that's a reasonable expectation, and I'd expect that if I'd never seen KinnPorsche.
Seriously they both are assholes. This series only popular because of intimate scene nd nothing more. This series…
Naw. The sex scene was trash. I've seen intimate scenes, with fully clothed actors that were waaay hotter. Both actors are "stiff", and the editing is bad. The kissing is uneventful. I feel bad, because Chahub is a beautiful man, but he's like "walking cardboard" and there's zero chemistry - they're not believable to me.
I'm Black, and I live in the United States. We don't date, fuck, marry our blood first cousins.
We look at our first cousins almost like brothers and sisters, and that's understandable, because the next level of closeness is brother/sister.
Cousins unrelated by blood? Often not an issue, but that's not always the case either.

Earth is yummy. Come on now! π€¨ππ€£
No, he's not fine. I'm talking about Yoon.

I saw the TRAILER for "Unforgotten Night" and shook my head. Not gonna do it. Issa hard no. I screamed at my phone screen.
I'm taking a break. I'm catching up on some Kdrama and Cdrama.
So to keep your sanity, avoid the comments. That's what I do.

Absolutely correct. I don't know why people think these men hang out at MDL.
Describing women as "queasy", and going out of his way to tell us our breasts and "feminine smell" are offensive to gay men is unnecessary.
We know gay men aren't attracted to women. However, bisexual man are.
It will break my heart π
I hope it doesn't happen.
