Oh I definitely like his hair, and the actor really gives me Hua Cheng vibes, but his clothing still looks nothing like Hua Cheng clothes *sigh, no silver bracelets. I will just let it go and wait for the drama now, but I guess not hyping is good too. The just added more layers of that cheap fabric. He has the red coral in the hair, thats the only thing in his dress that is really meaningful to the story so the rest, let it go. I'm satisfied.

there is a river behind it so it looks like the scene when Xie Lian fights the demon by the river and says the famous line "body in abyss, heart in paradise". He does look heavenly in those clothes, whoa I got goosebumps just imagining him saying this with a godly aura.

I agree! She sounds worst for me too! The novel has a whole chapter that covers her backstory but I didn't include it, I will probably do later, but the one she looks up to is Jing Zhao, that says something about her lol. When she was born all the mermaids started to sing for her, the flowers bloomed a whole bunch of crap that inflated her ego lol. Once, in a dinner party, Jing Zhao said to her she really did justice to her legend, and that made Hua Shu aspire to become like JingZhao and have everyone envying her. When all the attention is with Feng Yin, she just can't take it, she can't take to be the second one like she was when Jing Zhao was the princess.
