The story is is getting more exciting. There's a lot of information in those chapters so I think I need to do a summary here. So, Shen Yin is going through her nirvana (I don't really understand what is a nirvana here), and FengRan decided to give a huge celebration at Wutong Island that gathered all immortals to finally see Shen Yin (I'm starting to think nirvana is a like a 16 year party). When Shen Yin was born, her lucky was unclear, so Shanggu gave her a piece of Jade to protect her. YuanQi arrives at Wutong and hear two immortals disrespecting him and his parents. Shen Yin secretly helps him, but the immortals there think it was Hua Shu. YuanQi then goes to Hua Chu and ends up offending her in front of everyone. Hua Shu then takes revenge on him by lying to him that she was the one that saved him last night, YuanQi then promises to giver anything she wants, and Hua Shu askes for Shen Yin's Jade piece (the audacity). Yuan Qi thinks that the jade piece is actually part of the vital energy of Shen Yin, he can't really ask for it, its too precious, but of course, thats Hua Shu's plan. Lets see in the next chapters if YuanQi will get the Jade piece to give to Hua Shu and put Shen Yin in danger during her Nirvana. I already hate Hua Shu...

Chapters 9-12

Its not paparazzi images, those are official images released by the production team as advertisement. The Untamed was filmed when BL was a complete taboo in China, a time that even after release the drama could be banned. Its understandable that Tencent didn't put money at it at first because it was a risky project. But with its huge success and the establishment of dramas adapted from BL novels its just reasonable that the novel with one of the biggest fandoms in China and around the world receives a budget comparable to the story. IQYI first said it would be a high budget to attract big names to the production, it also raised the expectations from fans, only to back on its words later, making the production team a mess and damaging the filming. Also, with the messy production, the LI's reputation among fans is already damaged, how can we true fans that read the novel countless times, are following the production since the production's rights were sold can not be mad, worried and complain when IQYI is doing such a huge mess and disrespecting the fans like that?

Rumors that it WAS, but IQYI butchered the budget and some of the directors left the show because of that, including the costume and special effects director. IQYI trying to profit without investing and literally scheming the fans and production team to believe they would put money in this story.

Just 100 years passed from Bai Jue's death. The God's realm is closed again and you can only enter if you are a God. Shanggu is in deep depression and don't want to see YuanQi. TianQi uncle takes YuanQi to be Donghua's disciple at Mountain Daze. TianQi seals YuanQi's powers and tells him he can't tell anyone his real identity, he is curretly known as a small fat boy called Kuching (he got fat for being constantly spoiled by TiangQi and FengRan). He has a water beast friend called Biyun. Everybody knows that only one fire fenix borns in fenix clan to be the queen, but a rare event happens and a second fire fenix borns: Shen Yin. FengRan takes care of her, because of that Shen Yin grew with the personality like FengRan. Shen Yin is still misterious and the rest of Immortals wonders how she looks like. FengRan is still waiting JiangJian's reincarnation, she gathered his spirit and soul pieces but he didn't reborn yet. We have a JingZhao 2.0, is Hua Shu, the daughter of the King of Peacock tribe. Peacock tribe is very snob and they think only their king is the real king, but still they respect the Emperor (FengRan). Hua Shu is know to be the most beautiful noble in Immortal's realm and she is insecure about Shen Yin, because she is afraid people will think Shen Yin is more beautiful than her. So, that's what happened until chapter 9.

I will try to make summaries of ShenYin novel (YuanQi story) while I'm reading (I think this will also help me go forward in the novel). So chap 1-9. I just can't move on from this drama so I'm still here enjoying ALP content.

I think he is really picky with his dramas now. Hes is filthy rich with his endorsements and his fanbase is one of the biggest in China, he does not need to pick a bunch of dramas at once to rise in popularity, because he already is popular. He will probably take his time choosing his next projects.

Doulou couldnt grasp me because I didn't like the FL and Xuanhuan is not exactly my favorite genre.

Don't hate me, I like Yang Zi, but to blame Tencent for her choices is really unfair. Tencent lost more than 600 milions with Godlen Hairpin. Yang Zi always pick projects with commercialML, just look at her past works, she probably thought Kris Wu had a huge fanbase and it would be a popular drama. Nobody forced her to do it.

It will be released for sure, but it can take years, just look at The Wolf.

Thats a big spoiler because her real indentity is actually not clear. But their story is also beautiful. We will see more of the phoenix and fox clan, I can tell you that. The God's realm is closed again, YuanQi can't go back, the story is in the Immortal's realm. I'm reading with Imtranslator extension btw, better than google translator.

I mean in YuanQi's novel. I hoped to see more interactions between BJ and SG but the book is totally focused on YuanQi.
